They will have 2 weeks to try it out before they are automatically converted I M NOT READY YET Customers can select this option if they aren t ready to try the new site. Selecting this option will take them back to the current 2012 site CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION This will bring the customers to the customer overview presentation. The invitation will appear 1 or more weeks after the division is trained 18
Go Back Page 1 2 1 GO BACK TO THE US FOODS ONLINE 2012 SITE Customer can select this option to go to the 2012 for up to two weeks after they see the invitation page. 2 I WANT TO STAY HERE. DON T SHOW THIS AGAIN. Customers can select this option they want to stay on the new site. Once they choose this, they will not be able to return to the 2012 site with out calling the Service Desk. This page will be available for two weeks after the invitation 19
More secure site 1 1 USERS WHO DON T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS Customers who don t have an email address will be required to enter one for security purposes and to be able to reset their password if they forget it. 2 2 REMIND ME LATER Customers can select this option if they aren t ready to or don t have time to answer the security questions and enter a valid email. They will be able to select this option 3 times. On the 4 th time, the customer must enter the information in order to place an order. Users who select Remind me later 4 times will need to call customer service to place an order. 20
