Overview The Citrix receiver will allow you access to Komatsu business systems such as Merchand, K-Source and Intranet. Installation of Citrix Receiver The Citrix Receiver is installed via the Afaria Applications list. If the application has not already been installed during Afaria setup, please follow the instructions below. 1. From the home screen tap the APPS button from the top right corner, then tap Afaria 2. Tap on the APPS logo to list the available applications 3. This application categories will be listed as below 4. Tap on the category of ALL to list all applications and widgets that are available. 5. Tap on the Install item next to the Citrix Receiver Application, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
6. If you receive a security prompt tap the Install option. Configuring In order to configure the Citrix Receiver software for the first time, please follow the steps below 1. From the home screen tap the APPS button from the top right corner, then tap Citrix Reciever 2. Click on Set up my enterprise apps
3. Type the address connect.komatsu.com.au and tap next 4. Enter your Komatsu network username and password. Your username is your Komatsu username and password that you use to login to your computer. i.e. JSMITH. If you have not logged into a computer before on the Komatsu network, your username and password will be supplied to you separately. 5. Enter the Domain as komatsu.aus 6. Tap Add to save your profile.
7. This message is normal, tap OK 8. Citrix will then present you with available applications that have been made available. 9. In order to launch the application you require, please tap on its Icon from the list
10. Below is an example of using Merchand. 11. Click the settings in the top right hand corner for help and settings available. 12. Select Close to end the session
Gestures Guide Citrix Receiver for Android comes with a simple Gestures Guide that provides short descriptions of supported Android gestures you can use while working with applications. To access the Gestures Guide, tap the "Menu" button and select Gestures Guide. Working with Applications Once started, Citrix Receiver for Android displays a list of applications you can access. To start an application, simply tap to select it from the application list. When you are finished with an application, press the "Menu" button, then tap Close App. If you have any dialog boxes open, these elements are closed first. When all dialog boxes are closed, tapping the Close App button closes the application and returns you to the application list. Screen Panning You can use one finger to pan the screen so you can see areas of an application that extend past the viewing area of your device. To anchor the viewing area, tap the button at the bottom right of the screen. The button changes to and allows you to scroll the contents of an application window without panning the screen. Typing Use the onscreen keyboard at any time to enter or modify text. To display the keyboard, tap the keyboard icon at the center bottom of the screen. When you are finished typing, tap Done to dismiss the keyboard. Enter text: Tap the area of the screen where you want to place the insertion point. Tap the keyboard icon and then tap keys. Select multiple items of text, such as a phrase: Triple-tap the first item you want to select and then drag your finger to the end of the text.
