Welcome to UpayChilli. UpayChilli is a sophisticated online payment processing and account management portal. Sign up with a UpayChilli account to pay for purchases at your staff restaurant via your site card. This guide will help you with the UpayChilli website and UpayChilli apps.

LOGIN To login to UpayChilli, go to WWW.UPAYCHILLI.COM and enter your username & password to login on any of the following internet browsers IE9+, Chrome, Firefox or Safari Once you login, you will see the main account screen which shows your balance in bold, and menu features underneath and on the top bar. The Top bar holds your main features. Hover over Account to get to the full menu.

FULL ACCOUNT MENU ACCOUNT LIST If you have more than one account with UpayChilli you can click Account List to go back to the list of accounts you maintain. Multiple accounts can occur for parents of children at schools, colleges or Universities that use UpayChilli. STATEMENT View a history of all purchase and revalue information to your account in the Statement page. ACCOUNT SECURITY Click Account Security to change your password, secure your account, report a lost or stolen card and change your email address. AUTO TOP-UP Set up your Auto Top-Up preferences here. This is discussed further in this user guide. MY TOP UP CARDS This is the secure area where you can save your debit or credit card details. This is optional but is required if you wish to use Auto Top-Ups.

ACCOUNT MENU DOCUMENTS This is an area for your caterers to upload menus, restaurant opening times and any other information you may need. USER GUIDE & FAQ This is an area filled with help and information so if you have any questions, have a look at this section. MY DETAILS If you ever need to edit your contact details, please do so here. SETTINGS An area for you to set Email communication and Spend Limit settings. You can set Daily or Weekly Spend limits on your account. TOP-UP REMINDER A feature that sends you an email when you have reached a low limit in your account. You can set this up here. This is discussed further in this user guide.

ACCOUNT MENU GUEST TOP-UP The guest top-up feature allows you to invite a friends or family member to Top-Up your account. GET MOBILE APPS This page gives you more information about our Apps and provides you a link to The App Store, Google Play & the Windows Store. CLOSE ACCOUNT If you ever need to close your account and complete a refund of your cashless card to your account, you can do so via this button. Please note, due to laws regarding money laundering, there is a 50 refund limit.

TOP-UP PAYG Top-Up Pay as you go Top-Up is the conventional way of topping up your account. You can either Top-Up your account via the Top-Up my Account button underneath your balance on the home screen, or via the Top-Up button in the navigation menu at the top of the screen. If this is your first time using PAYG Top-Up on UpayChilli you will be asked to enter in new card details. If your site permits it, you will be given the option of saving these card details on the system. If you choose to save your card details, when you next come to topping up you can quickly select your card as opposed to entering all the data in again.

TOP-UP Auto Top-Up This is an optional feature that tops-up your account when you hit a preset minimum amount, so that you never run out of money on your account. To sign up for Auto Top-Ups you, click the Auto Top-Up tab from the Account menu. Then choose the Auto Top-Up option. You will then be asked to set a minimum Auto Top-up trigger amount. Once you have set your trigger amount, you will then need to set up your revalue amount. This is the amount that your account is topped-up by. Please choose from the amounts listed or enter a different value via the Other button. To set up a Top-Up Reminder, hover over Account in the top bar and click Top-Up Reminder in the main account menu. Follow the Set Up Top-Up Reminder process.

TOP-UP Top-Up Reminders This is an alternative option to Auto Top-ups. When your account reaches a pre-set minimum amount we will email you to let you know. After this point you will have to log in to www.upaychilli.com to top up your account manually. The minimum trigger amounts and the revalue amounts follow the same structure as Auto Top-Ups. When signing up for reminders, you will need to set your minimum trigger amount. Please choose from one of the options presented or enter a different value via the Other button. To set up a Top-Up Reminder, hover over Account in the top bar and click Top-Up Reminder in the main account menu. Follow the Set Up Top-Up Reminder process.

PAYMENT METHOD You are able to save your data securely with UpayChilli allowing you to benefit from a quicker process in topping up, both with PAYG and Auto Top-Up. If you wish to add a top-up card, hover over the Account tab and click on My Top-Up Cards. You will be able to see limited information of any card details that are saved and can add or remove cards accordingly. If you wish to add card details to your account, tick the checkbox as illustrated below and click continue in order to begin the process. Please follow the instructions on screen.

STATEMENTS You can view itemised statements of all expenditure to keep your spending on track and monitor your transactional history. You will also be able to see when you have added funds in to your account. You are able to access Statements on your desktop or on your mobile/tablet by going to your main account menu and clicking Statements. On the statements screen, you will see a drop down menu which will give you the option to review your expenditure in different time views. The standard statement view is set to the last 30 days, however you are able to review your purchases monthly, or by month to date. The five icons on the right hand side of the statement represent a print, plus, minus icon, text size up and text size down icon. The plus icon expands the statement to show your transaction details. The minus icon shrinks the statement to show basic transactional details.

THE APPS You can now download the UpayChilli app to monitor and manage your account on the go. You can also pay for your purchases at the till point via scanning your UpayChilli app! Go to The App Store, Google Play and the Windows store to download for free.

REWARDS & LOYALTY When you make purchases at the till, rewards are automatically enabled on your UpayChilli Account. You can access your rewards from the balance screen by clicking the My Rewards tab underneath your current balance. You will then see all the rewards or how many points you have accumulated towards a reward.
