International SOS Training Hub User Guide Welcome to the International SOS Training Hub. If you are a new user, this guide will provide step by step instructions on how to access and complete the designated elearning courses. ACCESSING HELP - For any queries, please send an email to onlinehelp@internationalsos.com Step 1. Accessing the International SOS Training Hub 1. Each client has a specific Training Hub URL, e.g. https://traininghub.internationalsos.com/clientname Step 2. Logging into International SOS Training Hub 1. If you have an account already then simply login using your email address as your username. Click agree when prompted to have the system save your password for ease of next login. 2. Trouble logging in? It is possible to reset your own password in real-time using your email address and your personal security question. No need to contact helpdesk or wait for an email verification.

Step 3. Registering as a NEW user 1. Complete the personal information following instructions. Click on Next Button. 2. Complete the Password reminder setting. Click on next button 3. Please read the Terms and accept the checkbox. Next click on Register button.
Step 4. Accessing and launching elearning courses After login you will be directed to the Welcome page. You will automatically be assigned all content that your company has purchased. Please check with your line manager if you are not sure which courses you have to compete before you travel (you may not need to compete all). Click on a course picture when you are ready to launch a course. A new browser tab will open. Example of Welcome page screen If your company has purchased courses in various languages then you will be asked to select the language flag of preference. The course will open in your preferred language. If you select the wrong language by mistake, close the course tab and re-launch, it is then possible to select another language on next launch. Example of course language flags Note: If the course does not open in a new tab then check if have pop-up blocker enabled (e.g. you can see a warning red icon in the URL for Chrome browsers or yellow warning banner for Internet Explorer). You need to have your pop-blocker disabled for the Training Hub. Alternatively check the FAQs Help section for more details and self-help. Do the course in order, or any order you like. All sections need to be completed fully before you can gain a course completion certificate. It is possible to exit the course any time and the last place you got up to will be remembered and you will be returned near here on next launch.
Follow the onscreen prompts and arrows to progress. There are audio and video components. To exit the course at any time click on the icon, then close the course browser tab to be returned to the Welcome page. The course will then update with your progress: in progress or completed.
Step 5. Accessing elearning course Resources Once you have launched an elearning course you will be able to access additional resources and links to useful websites via the Resource tab. Links to elearning Resources are found on the Resources button in the top right hand corner of the course tab. Example of useful links as seen on the resources tab:
Step 6. Accessing the Completion certificates Once you have fully completed the course (and passed the assessment - if there is one) there are two places where you can find the completion certificates. All certificates can be emailed to yourself or printed. 1. Click on the icon for the completed course and click email to me. 2. Alternatively access your completed certificates via the drop down next to your name and click on the My certificates link. Example of Travel Risk Awareness-Security Certificate.
Step 7. Personal profile or My Account details You can change some of your personal information or reset your password. Click on the dropdown next to your name in the top menu bar. Select My Account to open your profile tab. (If you wish to change your email address please log a call via the Help section.) Step 8. Accessing FAQ If you need any help then please select the Help icon and selecting tab 1. FAQs or tab 2.Course Help to review common and Frequently Asked Questions about elearning. If you still need help with technical issues then please log a call with us by clicking on the Help icon and selecting tab 3. Contact Support; Use the online form to let us know the issue details and click Submit ; your case will be automatically be emailed to our Online Help team.
Common elearning issues If you are on a screen with low bandwidth you may see an error if the bandwidth is below the recommended speed. You will need to be on a machine with good bandwidth or a 3/4G phone connection to get pest possible experience of elearning. If you are on a machine with a small screen-size you may see an error message. Please use F11 to override and adjust the screen size restrictions. On course exit, again use F11 to go back to original screen size settings: Note: If your company has purchased the Advanced Security course then please check with your line manager if to see if you are eligible to complete this before you travel. It has a warning message on launch as it is intended for travellers to High Risk destinations only.
