Frequently Asked Questions If you run into difficulty accessing the modules please refer to the following Frequently Asked Questions that outlines some of the most common issues that users experience: I am trying to access the elearning from my RPS and it is not working. The elearning is hosted on a website that is not accessible through the RPS system. The website can be accessed through your home computer or a back room computer/corporate tablet where it is available. Can I reprint my certificate or print it at a later date? The certificate is available to the user at any time. 1. On the My Learning page, select View All within the My History tile. 2. Click on the course title to retrieve more options including an overview of the grade achieved in the course (if applicable), length of the course and completion date. 3. Clicking Print Certificate will generate a certificate of completion in PDF form. I want my staff to register under the same User ID, why will this not work? Each person must be logged individually so that we can ensure that all employees hired after August 1, 2013 have taken the training. Following the final questionnaire the user will have an opportunity to print a personalized certificate that can be presented as confirmation of completion. In addition each individual employee will be logged into our system as successfully completing the modules. What score do I need to pass? Each module has a review upon completion. To move to on to the next module you must achieve a score of 100%. At the end of all of the modules there is a more comprehensive questionnaire that covers all of the e-learning. A score of 7% must be achieved on this final assessment. If you have further questions please contact Service Desk telephone line at 1-877-11-88.
