By clicking less, it will hide information.. Links: This tab contains important links that provide help, and allow users to change their settings, including changing their language preferences.. My History: This tab shows all recently completed courses. Click View All to see a complete list of completed courses. 6. View Program: To start digital course, click View Program. The curriculum will display in a new window. WARNING! Once you launch a course, do not close the parent window with the yellow box in it or your learning will not be recorded in the system.

You can sort your learning history by selecting the status of the course taken.. The default order of learning history is by most recent completion date. 6. Click on the course title to retrieve more options including an overview of the grade achieved in the course, length of the course and completion date. 7. Select View Details and a page will display that provides further information on the completed course. 8. Clicking Print Certificate will generate a certificate of completion in PDF form. 8 7 TIPS AND TRICKS You can review available digital content by clicking on Review Content. The Course Catalog displays and a list of courses available to you will appear on the screen. 1 2. To search for a course, you can use the search bar. Enter a keyword related to the course you are looking for. Note: If this is your first time logging in, it can take up to 2 hours for your Course Catalog to be populated. 2 3 3. Click the arrow underneath the search bar to select the language in which your course catalog should appear.. In Languages, select your preferred language from the Primary dropdown menu. Note: If you would like to browse the catalog in both French and English, you can select a second language using the drop-down in the Secondary language field.. Click Go. TIPS AND TRICKS Clicking on the course title within the description box will bring you to a page with more details regarding the course. You can also launch the course from this page.

Frequently Asked Questions If you run into difficulty accessing the modules please refer to the following Frequently Asked Questions that outlines some of the most common issues that users experience: I am trying to access the elearning from my RPS and it is not working. The elearning is hosted on a website that is not accessible through the RPS system. The website can be accessed through your home computer or a back room computer/corporate tablet where it is available. Can I reprint my certificate or print it at a later date? The certificate is available to the user at any time. 1. On the My Learning page, select View All within the My History tile. 2. Click on the course title to retrieve more options including an overview of the grade achieved in the course (if applicable), length of the course and completion date. 3. Clicking Print Certificate will generate a certificate of completion in PDF form. I want my staff to register under the same User ID, why will this not work? Each person must be logged individually so that we can ensure that all employees hired after August 1, 2013 have taken the training. Following the final questionnaire the user will have an opportunity to print a personalized certificate that can be presented as confirmation of completion. In addition each individual employee will be logged into our system as successfully completing the modules. What score do I need to pass? Each module has a review upon completion. To move to on to the next module you must achieve a score of 100%. At the end of all of the modules there is a more comprehensive questionnaire that covers all of the e-learning.
