I Choosing the order form Enter the https://orders.luxtrust.lu address in your Internet browser s address bar. (see figure 1). Figure 1 Click on the link of the product you want to order (see green arrows in figure 2). Figure 2 The following screens are only for Signing Server Token orders, customers who are ordering a Signing Server SMS can move on to Figure 4. II Important Details before starting the order Please read carefully the following information on your screen before you start with your order. Once you have read all the information, please check the checkbox (see green circle in Figure5) and click on START ORDERING NOW (see green arrow in Figure 5). Figure 8 If you would also like your certificate to include one or two of your e-mail addresses, you may enter these in the fields provided for this purpose (see red arrows in figure 8). The following screens are only for Signing Server Token Pro or/and Signing Server SMS Pro orders, customers who are ordering a Signing Server Private Token or/and a Signing Server Private SMS can move on to Figure 11 Figure 9 Select the owner type (see red arrows in figure 9). Please note that a certificate administrator may revoke any certificate issued on behalf of the same company without having to request the owner s agreement. Figure 10 Enter the company name and the country in which its head office is located (see red arrows in figure 10). It is mandatory that you enter a VAT number, an RCSL number or another number (see blue arrow in figure 10). For more information about the need reference number you have to enter, please feel free to contact etva or RCSL, on clicking on the links. (see orange arrow in figure 10) The Division/Department field is not mandatory and may be used to enter the name of your division/department (see green arrow in figure 10). III.2 Stage 2 Data that is not displayed in the certificate Complete the mandatory information as indicated by the red asterisk (*). Figure 12 Please enter your date of birth, a first activation code, your telephone number and the order type (see red arrows in figure 12). You have the option to choose the certificate to be published in the LuxTrust directory (see red arrow in figure 12). Please choose your order Type, (see green square in Figure 12) and choose your authentication type, Token or SMS, (see last red arrow in Figure 12). If you want to order a SMS, please type in your Mobile Phone number. Only Mobile Phone numbers from Luxembourg are accepted. The first activation code is not the Password or UserID. The VOUCHER code is usually issued to you by your company, bank or administrative office etc. If you do not have a VOUCHER code, you should select Standard rate from the Order type list. The VOUCHER codes are only valid for the LuxTrust products that they have been issued for and may only be used once on placing orders. The following screen is only for Signing Server Token Pro or/and Signing Server SMS Pro orders, customers who are ordering a Signing Server Private Token or/and a Signing Server Private SMS can move on to Figure 14 Figure 13 If you wish, you may enter the company telephone number and e-mail address. Figure 14 Please enter the information required for sending the required mail. If you wish this mail to be sent to your place of work, enter the name, address, post code, town and country of your company/organisation. If you wish this mail to be sent to a private address, please delete the content of the company field and fill out the remaining fields with the required information (see red arrows in figure 14). Please make sure that the recipient name or company name is clearly indicated on the mailbox such as to avoid delays in mail delivery. III.3 Stage 3 Choosing the registration authority In this stage LuxTrust offers you the option to choose a registration authority, which in most cases is a financial institution with which you are already an identified customer (see blue frame in figure 16) or with which you may register should the first option not apply to you (see red arrow in figure 16). III.3.a Customers not residing in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg : LuxTrust allows the identification of customers not residing in Luxembourg through a notary and a certificate (apostille) in accordance with international regulations in this area. It requires the production of the following documents: - A copy of the identity card or passport of the person concerned, duly authenticated by a notary. - This copy must be provided with a certificate (apostille), as defined by the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 for the legalization of a public document and the certification of the authenticity of the signature of the person who signed document (in this case the notary), the capacity in which the signatory has acted and, where appropriate, the identity of the seal or stamp which it bears. The copy of the identity document and the apostille must be legible according to the standards applicable to Luxembourg (alphabet, language, ). III.4 Summary This stage provides a summary of the information entered during the preceding stages. If any information is incorrect, you can still correct it by clicking on the Back button. If all of the information is correct, please enter and confirm your e-mail address to which a copy of the order form will be sent (see blue arrows in figure 17). Then tick the box to accept the general conditions of sale (see first red arrow in figure 17) and click on Next (see second red arrow in figure 17). A copy of the order form and the invoice will be sent to you once you have entered the e-mail address. IV Choose your payment type Figure 18 You have chosen the online payment,(see green square in Figure 18) and validate your choice by clicking on Next.(see green arrow in Figure 18). You have chosen the Bank transfer payment, (see green square in Figure 18) and validate your choice by clicking on Next (see green arrow in Figure 18) than you can move on to Figure 20 to finish the order. Please follow the instructions on the screen from Saferpay. Please click on Finish on the last screen once you have fill in all the data of your Credit Card.(see red arrow in Figure 19). IV.1 Completing the order This stage provides you with the documents required for completing your order. Download your order form by selecting the Download your order form link (see first red arrow in figure 20). Download your invoice by clicking on the Download your invoice link (see second red arrow in figure 20). Download the payment instructions by clicking on the Download the payment and order instructions link (see third red arrow in figure 20). Figure 20 Before sending the order form to your Registration Authority, please date, sign and then have it countersigned by a person who has signature authority from the company or organisation on page 2. The invoice should not under any circumstances be paid to an account held by LuxTrust but must be transferred to the account of the registration authority of your choice. (Also see https://ra.luxtrust.lu). The payment and order instructions include the address for sending the duly signed order form together with the required supporting documents and the account number to which payment is to be made (also see https://ra.luxtrust.lu).
