IS05013 V1.2.0 Importer Software Upgrade Procedure INFORMATION SHEET NOTES: This procedure will not overwrite the EOC database or the network addresses. However, it is recommended that configuration information in the EOCResMgr and IP addresses be recorded before proceeding. Record the current license file date by opening the EOCLicenseMgr application. After the upgrade is complete, check the license expiry and if the expiry date is reset to 30 days or less, follow the procedure in the Importer Operation and Maintenance manual to renew the license expiry date. This procedure requires that you enter a service provider username and password. See section 8.3.1.1, SPS Client Login in the HD Radio Importer User s Guide for instructions on retrieving the username and password for a service provider. 1 Installing v1.2.0 Software Note: During the install [steps (c), (d)], you will be prompted on a number of occasions to click on OK, Next, Install, or to select Accept License Agreement.
