Bank receives the right to go for more than one service provider if L2, L3, L4, and so on match the prices offered by L1. Since the telecom services vary from geography to geography, even in a city, L1 is assured of 50% of new procurements of SIM cards in the states where it offers the services. L2 is assured of 30% and L3 of 20% of new procurements. However, if L1, L2 and L3 do not provide services in a particular geographical area, Bank reserves its right to procure SIMs from other vendors and such procurements would be outside the quota for the L1, L2 and L3. It would be up to the Bank to place orders depending upon the quality of network available in a particular area. Bank will notify successful Bidder(s) in writing by letter or fax/email that its Bid has been accepted. Bank receives the right to go for any or all the Service Provider(s) who so ever matches the L1 bid. Since the telecom services vary geographically, Bank reserves its right to procure from Service Provider(s) as recommended by its business operating units in that particular geographical areas. The Bank does not commit or guarantee any minimum quota or quantity of SIM cards proposed to be procured from any of the Service provider(s). Page 1 of 8

Vendor/Service Provider is the successful Bidder found eligible as per eligibility criteria set out in this RFP, whose technical Bid has been accepted and who has emerged as L1/TC1 Bidder as per the selection criteria set out in the RFP and to whom notification of award has been given by the Bank. There should be availability of fallback from 4G to 3G and 2G. Availability of exclusive data SIM cards Capability to share log details on specific request of the Bank or its authorized entity(s). Rs 1000/- per minute for first thirty minutes, thereafter Rs 2000/- per minute. E.g : If network remains down for 70 minutes (on more than one occasion), the penalty for the month would be Rs 30000 + Rs 80000 = Rs 110000/- Last date and time for Bid submission : 15:00 hrs (time) on 22/09/2017 Availability of exclusive data SIM with free national roaming and fall back from 4G to 3G and 2G. The SIMs should be in normal standard, micro or nano size. It would be up to the Bank to decide the size of the SIM as well as whether 2G, 3G or 4G SIM would be procured. Stands withdrawn Stands amended as: Following penalties would be applicable on monthly basis: No penalties for the first 30 minutes (entire month put together), Rs 500/- per minute for next thirty minutes and post that, Rs 1000/- per minute. e.g: if the network remains down for 70 minutes in a month on 1, 2 or 3 occasions, the penalty would be as under: first 30 minutes: nil 31-60 minutes: 500*30=15000 61-70 minutes: 1000*10=10000 Total penalty for this particular month would be Rs. 25000/- Stands amended as under: Last date and time for Bid submission : 15:00 hrs (time) on 28/09/2017 Page 4 of 8

subcontractors. Bank at its own discretion may permit or deny the same. ii. In case of subcontracting permitted, Service Provider is responsible for all the Services provided to the Bank regardless of which entity is conducting the operations. Service Provider is also responsible for ensuring that the sub-contractor comply with all security/confidentiality requirements and other terms and conditions as applicable to Service Provider mentioned in this Agreement. Bank reserves the right to conduct independent audit in this regard. iii. Before engaging Sub-Contractor, the Service Provider shall carry out due diligence process on sub-contracting/ sub-contractor to the satisfaction of the Bank and Bank shall have access to such records. iv. In the event of sub-contracting, the Service Provider shall ensure that suitable documents including confidentiality agreement are obtained from the sub-contractor and the Service Provider shall ensure that the secrecy, security and safety of Bank s data / processes is maintained. v. Service Provider shall provide subcontracting details to the Bank and if required, Bank may evaluate the same. Notwithstanding approval of the Bank for sub-contracting, the Service Provider shall remain liable to the Bank for all acts/omissions of sub-contractors. vi. The Bank reserves the right to ask Service Provider and Service provider shall change/ amend Page 6 of 8
