Additional qualifications like MBA and certifications like TOGAF etc. will be desirable. Essential TMO Qualifications For Director (TMO) Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Additional qualifications like MBA and certifications like TOGAF etc. will be desirable. For IT Strategy Consultant No Change (as per RFP) For other roles - Graduation/Post Graduation (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S) in any Engineering discipline from a recognized University is also allowed. The actual billing would be done on the number of resources that are actually provided to the bank and according to their roles. EA engagement and TMO engagement may operate independently in terms of SLA. Extension or termination of one engagement shall not impact the other and at shall be Bank s sole discretion. ii. The Bank reserves the right to merge both the teams at any point of time during the period of the agreement at its discretion. P a g e 7 8

The Bank proposes to engage the resources initially for a period of two years and reserves the right to extend the engagement by one more year on the same terms and conditions including commercials. The actual number of resources (against each resource type/category) will be decided by the Bank based on the requirements and shall be provided by the Bidder at the arrived at cost per person-month for that resource type/category. v. Payment will be disbursed on a quarterly basis in arrears for resources deployed. The bank and the bidder will mutually decide the date of joining of each resource. vi. vii. The Bank will pay GST/VAT/CST/ST (whichever is applicable) on actuals. Any other taxes, duties, levies, cess should be paid by the Service Provider and the Bank shall not be liable for the same. The fee quoted shall be quoted only in Indian Rupees. The total cost of providing services mentioned under "Scope of Work" derived from above formats shall be considered for financial evaluation. In case of discrepancy between amount in words and figures, the former will prevail. Bank will not pay any amount which is not quoted in above financial bid. There will be no additional payment for expenses, taxes, duties etc. There will be no additional payment to the bidder for anything related to movements / visits/ presentations / knowledge transfer by the bidder or its officials.
