This includes the MIGRATE_TO_SHADOW phase in a MUFplex mode S Shadow configuration. The CF requires that these buffers are aligned on 4K boundaries, and their size must be a multiple of 4K. In a MUFplex (including mode S) MUF allocates normal data buffers according to these rules by rounding the sizes specified in startup option DATAPOOL to the next higher multiple of 4K. However, MUF fails to perform these adjustments for buffers defined via the FLEXPOOL startup option. When a FLEXPOOL buffer that is not correctly aligned or sized is used with the CF, MUF will abend.
