Suggested Next Test Level Detail Suggested Next Test Level Detail provides the learner s entire test history for the reporting period.

Data Integrity Report The Data Integrity Report provides programs with ihan evaluative tool to evaluate their hidata collection efforts. The report displays critical data that helps agencies meet state and federal reporting requirements: Federal Tables Core Performance NRS data quality standards
Data Integrity Report The DIR displays Item Count and Item Percent for 28 items that are important tfor state and federal requirements.
Data Integrity Exceptions Data Integrity Exceptions lists DIR data issues by Item Number.
Item List Tab All Data Integrity Reports have an Item List Tab where you can modify your report to include or exclude specific DIR items.
Federal Tables Federal Tables in TOPSpro display data in format required by U.S. Department of Education, National Reporting System (NRS). TOPSpro uses the Federal Tables to report statewide data to the federal government.
Federal Table 4 Federal Table 4 displays Educational Gains by Educational Functioning Level. Specifically, it reports learners who entered program at one Instructional Level and finished the program year (June 30) at a higher level.
Federal Table 4B Federal Table 4B displays the same level advancement information as Table 4, but it only includes learners who completed a valid pre and post test.
Persister esse Report Fed Table 4B Fed Table 4 The Persister Report compares the percentage completing a level in Federal Table 4 with the percentage completing a level in Table 4B.
