Also there re no generl forml publishing procedures for such reports but institutionl wide ones. In this guide the procedure for publishing Technicl t IST Austri is described. If you hve troubles with ny of the steps of depositing there is user guide for describing the process more thorough. Click on <New Item> The consists of six steps: Ty p e First you define the type of publiction, this genertes the msk for the publiction detils. Uplod In the first section you uplod nd license the publiction. D e s cr i ptio n Here you describe the publiction (metdt). Subjects In this section you select the fitting subjects from prefbricted list. FP7ERC projects Here you enter informtion in cse the publiction reltes to FP7ERC grnted project. Depos it These re the lst steps. At this point you gree on the terms of deposition nd declre full responsibility on copyright issues. The current step you re in is indicted green. You cn jump between the steps. Informtion lredy filled in will be retined. If you use the browser s step-bckbutton, though there could be some informtion loss. If the file you re going to uplod is nmed in generic mnner you my consider renming it specificly (e.g. Cretor_Title_Yer). So if you wnt to deposit n upgrded version of Technicl in we strongly recommend tht you link those versions in the repository, so users cn see t once which versions exist nd decide on which they prefer. To crete new version of Technicl you hve to be the owner of this prticulr document. If you re not plese contct the Librry (librry@ist.c.t). First you gve to open the older version of the respective, which you cn find in <Mnge deposits> Click on the <View item> icon. Select the tb <Actions>. - 1 9 -
