2 Spectrum Anterior Cervical Plating System The Spectrum Anterior Cervical Plate System is designed to offer spine surgeons simplicity, unparallel speed, and optimal patient outcome. With the ability to transmit sufficient axial loads through the graft, Spectrum s unique semi-rigid capability prevents unnecessary permanent graft loading while ensuring that the correct lordosis of the cervical spine is maintained. Spectrum is one of the slimmest profile cervical plates on the market. It features a unique locking mechanism which minimizes the potential risk for screw back-out. Once a screw is fully engaged, the locking mechanism provides an audible click when it is securely locked within the plate. The integrated locking mechanism sits within the plate providing a smooth surface and maintaining the low profile of the plate. BENDING ZONES Additional bending capabilities can be made with the Spectrum plate additional bending zone ATRAUMATIC PLATE DESIGN Smooth, narrow 7 mm plate width designed to precisely fit the cervical spine 7 mm width INTEGRATED LOCKING MECHANISM Pre-assembled locking mechanism is fully integrated in the plate preventing screw backout while allowing for a rapid surgical technique click AUDIBLE LOCKING CONFIRMATION An audible click is heard after the slider is pushed over each screw head eliminating any concerns of screw back-out
