5 Wireless Network FIREHOUSE Server Local PC Foresight PRO - Wireless Data Management Solution With the use of optional wireless equipment, video from any and every vehicle can be automatically off-loaded for hands-free video downloading to the Foresight PRO software. How does it work? A wireless network is setup at the facility where the vehicles return and park overnight. Installed throughout the location of the station are access points. (The number of access points and their installation locations is determined by a site survey to ensure maximum connectivity to vehicles.) These access points are configured to connect to a central server housed at the station that will host the server software and the video files downloaded. On each vehicle, the digital video recorder is connected to a WiFi radio that is configured to connect to the access points located throughout the station. When a vehicle returns to the facility and is in the wireless network range, the WiFi radios on each vehicle automatically connect to the access points, that then transmits recorded video data from the vehicles to the central server. Computers connected to the server and using the Foresight PRO client software, have the ability to quickly and easily search the video database on selected criteria. Another key benefit to wireless networking includes extensive reporting and texting. Users can customize alerts for DVR health reports as well as alerts on operator events and critical alarms. 4

In Foresight Pro, a Live View is provided utilizing interactive maps, allowing you to click on each vehicle icon for a full report on the vehicles location, speed, and direction. Access advanced customizable reports, manage user activity, and schedule automatic downloads or wireless downloads once vehicles return to the connected network. One of the greatest benefits of this solution is the ability to record an entire shift, the exact route to and from all destinations, as well as the activity that occurs in the immediate vicinity. Foresight Pro is equipped with a panic button to flag footage for later review, as well as automatic system health alerts sent via . Recorded video and audio are synchronized to the GPS coordinates, creating irrefutable evidence to fight false claims and save you money in the long run.
