8 2 sedak secudecor Ceramic-ink digital printing allows for photographs, images of materials or textures, and repetitive decorative patterns. With a print resolution of dpi, the result is of excellent quality. The ink can be applied in much thinner layers than is the case with screen or rotary printing. Furthermore, this technique makes translucent printing and graduated transitions possible. The ceramic ink is UV-durable and scratch-resistant. 12 4 cold-bent triple laminate The lamination of hull glazing for the shipbuilding sector requires the highest precision and an absolute dimensional accuracy. For a mega yacht, sedak manufactured 40 elliptical glass panes with several glass and laminate thicknesses and 15 different bending radii. The exhibit exemplarily shows a 20 mm thick triple laminate in the dimensions 1.28 m x 3.68 m. The shell window was coldbent during lamination with a rise of 120 mm. 14 innovative logistics for oversize glass With a customized inloader, sedak optimizes the handling of oversize glass. The new 23 m long inloader now delivers glass units up to 16 m. The steerable rear axle which allows the truck to drive through narrow curves such as roundabouts is the key feature of the mega trailer. Due to its space-saving interior concept, no escort vehicle is required. 14

15 The logistic for an oversize panel now works just like the logistic for a standard piece. It is simply loaded and unloaded on the glass rack. Until now that required a crane or a glass vacuum lifter. The time-consuming process has been replaced as well as the risk of breakage when de-stacking the glass. The inloader can transport up to 20 tons of glass with overall dimensions up to 3.3 m in height and more than 16 m in length. The new flatbed trailer has been delivering glass since fall
