2 2 Quickfolder T 34 Quickfolder T 34 For the productive folding of numerous short but urgent runs up to the A3 print format. The fully automatic Quickfolder is used in copyshops, quick-print shops, industrial printshops, profit centers for small-size and instant printing jobs, company inplant printshops, authorities, and other, as the ideal machine for any job requiring fast folding for fast printing. The fully automatic microprocessor-controlled Quickfolder T 34 table top folder: six folding schemas can be preselected by pressing a button.

3 3 Quickfolder T 34 The fully automatic microprocessor-controlled Quickfolder table top folder is very easy to operate and does not require any particular makereadies as the six most frequently used folding schemes can be preprogrammed by pressing a button. The sheet length is determined by the control after the operator has placed the printed sheets to be folded in the feeder and has set the sheet stop. On selection of the fold type desired, the sheet stops for the buckle plates and the arresting wheels are positioned automatically ready for folding. To facilitate make-ready, four additional folding schemes can be stored in the microprocessor control. Altogether, ten folding schemes can be preselected by pressing a button. Independent of the automatic setting, the setting values of the buckle plates and the arresting wheels can also be modified manually and stored for repeat jobs. That is to say that for special jobs that cannot be logged in the folding programs, the settings can be carried out manually. The preprogrammed settings including the counting data of the integrated counter for the folded sheets and the batches of the current job are stored when the Quickfolder is switched off and can be recalled for another job as soon as the machine has been restarted. Operating instructions and an error diagnosis can be called in through a display in different languages. In addition, an electronic prompt provides information for trouble-free operation. 4 Quickfolder T 34 4 Professional technics For the feeder, the sheet separation, the buckle plate and the delivery providing easy operation, fast setting and accurate folding. Printed sheets loaded in the feeder, folded sheets delivered on the stream delivery. Suction feeder with double sheet detector and front blower for reliable sheet separation. Automatic setting of the sheet stop in the buckle plate. Steel-soft-PU folding rollers operate with strong pulling effect along the web.
