Where the price is altered downwards, we will process the sale at the new price. Satisfaction Guarantee It is our policy that if you are not totally satisfi ed with a product within 7 days of receipt, you may return the goods in their original packaging, including literature, in as new condition. We only ask that the goods must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge of up to 25%. The guarantee does not apply to the sterile products, specials or cut lengths of. No goods may be returned without a returns authorisation number, issued by our customer services helpline (+44 (0) ). Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 3 days of delivery. In the case of damaged items, always retain them for our representative or courier. None of these conditions affect your statutory rights. Back Orders We reserve the right to ship part orders, or to hold orders until all items are available as required. We shall only levy one delivery charge. We reserve the right to cancel any part of an outstanding order should securing supply become untenable. Cancelling an Order Orders can only be cancelled by prior agreement of Prima Medical Ltd. Where possible, and shipment from vendor or ourselves has not been made, we shall agree. Should a customer default on an order outside these terms we reserve the right to deduct the relevant costs of shipment and administration incurred by Prima Medical Ltd. Returns No goods can be returned to the company without its express consent. In the event of faulty or damaged goods being received by the purchaser, please contact and advise us of the problem, whereupon arrangements to rectify the situation will be made. Claims for products shipped faulty or damaged must be made within 3 working days. Warranty Prima Medical Ltd will, at its discretion, repair, replace or refund a product that develops a fault/s within the given guarantee period that are a result of faulty workmanship or design. In the unfortunate event of a fault arising, you should return the product to your nearest distributor for examination by the distributors staff, or telephone the Order Line for advice. The warranty is void if any modifi cation or attempted repair has been made to a product, or the product as been subjected to accidental damage. This warranty excludes any liability for consequential loss arising from defective products.
