3 166 VarioLED Flex AMOR IP67 Narrowest, flexible LED light line sets new standards in decorative lighting VarioLED Flex AMOR is a miniaturized opal encapsulated, IP67 protected and flexible LED design light line. Fascinating and the absolutely homogeneous light in combination with an unmatched small cross section of only (W x H) 5 mm x 13 mm (0.2" x 0.51"). The luminaire is horizontally bendable with a minimum radius of only 3 cm (1.18") and also provides high resistance to water, salt water, solvents and UV radiation by an opal polyurethane encapsulation. The utilized polyurethane features a 5 times higher chemical resistance and a 10 times lower water transmission compared to typical silicones for LED applications in the relevant temperature range ( 50 C to 80 C / 58 F to 176 F). A sophisticated lighting solution that offers users the possibility of creative freedom. Due to a mounting depth only 13 mm (0.51") it can be integrated effortlessly in particleboards with a thickness of only 19 mm (0.75"). It is a natural fit for applications involving drywall, furniture, accent and exterior facade lighting. For the installation of the luminaire no substructure is required. It is supplied with IP67 mini connector and can be easily mounted by adhesion. 2015

Opal polyurethane encapsulation offering a premium water proof sealing, UV resistance, chemical stability against urban gazes and protection against abrasion. Bending radius of 30 mm (1.18") the first choice for thin indoor/outdoor organic accent lighting for facade or decorative applications requiring IP67 ingress. Freely configurable in length and delivered with a 110 mm (4.33") long cable on one side with IP67 connector. Light source assembled using state of the art automated Reel to Reel (R2R) production process supporting LED Linear Tj Away thin flexible circuit board Technology. In combination with ceramic LED packages an optimal heat dissipation (junction to installation surface) is achieved which guaran- tees an outstanding lifetime of > 60,000 hrs L80/B10. Each steps embeds 7 high quality japanese LEDs with 3 step Mac- Adams (SDCM3) binning centered on target CCT (One Bin Only) with an extended photometric code of Wxxx/339 ensuring an exceptional color consistency over the rated lifetime. Premium color rendition with a CRI of 85 ensuring a good light quality. Consistent light intensity all along the strip length is obtained thanks to active current regulation operated by dedicated integrated circuits (ICs) on each step. Protected against electrostatic discharge ± 2,000 V and polarity miswiring. Fully PWM dimmable for frequency > 0 Hz up to 2 khz (flicker free for frequency higher then 1.2 khz according to IEEE P1789 standard). Engineered and produced in Germany.
