This is a major release that incorporates some great new features and improvements. The software, Zeus2_W r1-Standard-1.upd or Zeus2_Black_Box r1-Standard-1.upd, can be downloaded from the Zeus 2 downloads page on the B&G website New Features SonicHub2 The ultimate marine audio entertainment system, the SonicHub 2 features integrated Bluetooth, allowing users to stream music including Pandora (Where available) from a smartphone or tablet. The system has a built-in AM/FM receiver, supports USB drive audio/video playback, and features SIRIUSXM radio connectivity (Where available) all with full control from your multifunction display. WM-3 Weather Module Upgrade (USA customers only) WM-3 features weather radar, forecasts, weather warnings and roadside fuel prices, plus up to 220 expanded audio channels all controlled directly from the your Zeus 2 display (SiriusXM subscription required, where available). The latest WM-3 software is available in a separate download. The latest WM-3 software adds the following features: High-resolution sea surface temperatures up to a 24 nautical mile coastal limit (including the Great Lakes) Page 1 of 3

2 High-resolution coastal and Great Lakes wave data (height, period and direction) with forecasts up to a 24 nautical mile coastal limit High-resolution wind speed and direction with forecasts NOWrad merged with Southern Canada, the Bahamas and Mexico radar Sea surface temperatures and waves available through Mexico to the top of South America Canadian Marine Zone forecasts complete from Alaska and down Pacific Coast Surface features forecasts with isobars and weather front symbols Cloud top images and echo tops. Fixes and Improvements SonarHub settings not being retained after power down Under some circumstances, the SonarHub would not retain settings, such as selected frequency, between power cycles. This has been identified and resolved in this software release. C-MAP chart prompt at startup This software release contains a fix for the issue where users would be frequently asked if they wanted to use the C-Map chart card inserted into the unit. Disabling specific features is now remembered after device is repowered It was reported by some customers that disabling the echo, radar or StructureScan features under the Advanced > features menu only worked temporarily and when the device was repowered, the feature would re-appear. This was due to the system detecting that the disabled functionality was actually available on the network and was automatically re-enabled. This software release resolves this issue. Water temperature going invalid Some customers were experiencing momentary drop-out of water temperature readings when using Airmar transducers utilizing the XID communication channel. Some communication timing issues were identified and have been resolved in this software release. Page 2 of 3
