1 LITTLE FOCKERS DIGITAL COPY IPAD GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES ( OFFICIAL RULES ) NO PURCHASE, DIGITAL COPY REDEMPTION OR OPT-IN IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, DIGITAL COPY REDEMPTION OR OPT-IN WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The LITTLE FOCKERS DIGITAL COPY IPAD GIVEAWAY ( Sweepstakes ) starts at 12:01 am Pacific Time ( PT ) on April 5, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on May 17, 2011 for automatic entry ( Automatic Entry Period ) with the opting-in for Universal Studios s while redeeming the Little Fockers digital copy found on the Little Fockers Blu-ray disc (as detailed below) and on May 18, 2011 for the postmarking of a mail-in entry. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Universal Studios Home Entertainment LLC ( Universal ), 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, CA (the Sponsor ). Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply. ELIGIBILITY: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (THE ELIGIBILITY AREA ), THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY. Employees and their families of the Sponsor, West Coast Marketing, a division of the Susquehanna Hat Company ( West Coast Marketing ), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and agencies (collectively, the Promotion Parties ) and those living in the household of same are not eligible to enter or win. A prize won by an individual that is considered a minor ( Minor ) in the legal jurisdiction in which he or she resides will be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian. Purchase Little Fockers on Blu-ray. Included with the Blu-ray, will be a unique Little Fockers digital copy redemption code ( Code ), 2. Utilizing the Code and per the instructions provided, redeem and download the Little Fockers digital copy ( Digital Copy ) to your computer (note: only one (1) redemption and download per Code will be allowed),

2 3. When presented with the opportunity, while redeeming the Digital Copy, agree to opt-in for Universal Studios s and click Redeem. By completing the foregoing, you will receive an automatic entry in the Sweepstakes ("Automatic Entry"). ONLY ONE (1) AUTOMATIC ENTRY PER CODE WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL AUTOMATIC ENTRIES MUST BE COMPLETED BY 11:59 PM PT ON MAY 17, Entries from unauthorized use or made with a stolen, or fraudulently obtained Code are void. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES BY MAIL WITHOUT OPTING-IN FOR UNIVERSAL STUDIOS S: To enter the Sweepstakes by mail without redeeming or downloading a Digital Copy or opting-in for Universal Studios s, hand print (no photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced or mass entries permitted) your first and last name, street address (no post office boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, date of birth and (if applicable) address on a postcard only and mail the completed postcard entry to LITTLE FOCKERS DIGITAL COPY IPAD GIVEAWAY, PO BOX 6041, SHERMAN OAKS, CA ( Mail-in entry ). YOU MAY ENTER AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE BY MAIL BUT ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES MUST BE MAILED SEPARATELY AND BE POSTMARKED BY MAY 18, 2011 AND RECEIVED BY MAY 23, Automatic Entries and Mail-in Entries may be referred to herein individually as an Entry or collectively as Entries. Each individual submitting such Entry may be referred to herein individually as an Entrant and collectively as Entrants. The Promotion Parties and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, processing agencies and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, Releasees ) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; processing errors; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, computer or digital device equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant s or any other person's computer or digital device relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Code or download the Digital Copy or any part thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Codes or Entries; any problems with Digital Copy downloads, including, but not limited to Digital Copy downloads that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer, digital device or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site; errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; printing or other errors; and any Entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Illegible and incomplete Entries and Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules (as determined by Sponsor) will be disqualified.

3 Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive Entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of Los Angeles County, California, United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Five (5) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about May 27, 2011, by West Coast Marketing, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via and/or telephone and will be required to respond to such notification within two (2) business days. Once a potential Grand Prize winner has responded to the notification, he/she will be sent a congratulatory package via certified mail. Each potential Grand Prize winner (or his or her parent or legal guardian if a potential Grand Prize winner is a Minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability form, and (except where prohibited) a Publicity Release and a completed IRS W-9 form ( Required Documents ) within ten (10) days of issuance date of notification. If a selected Grand Prize winner does not respond to the original notification or return the Required Documents within the stated time limits, is found to be ineligible for any reason or does not comply with these Official Rules, declines the prize for any reason prior to award, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such selected Grand Prize winner, such selected Grand Prize winner will forfeit his or her prize in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize winner may at Sponsor s sole discretion be selected. Once correctly completed documentation (as detailed above) is received in a timely manner from the potential Grand Prize winner, such potential Grand Prize winner shall be declared a Grand Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes. No substitution for a prize will be permitted by a prize winner. If necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the prize winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the Grand Prize Winner s name, likenesses, biographies, statements, and any other similar materials for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (five [5] will be awarded): Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) 16 GB Apple ipad 2* (ARV: US $499 each). Prizes are non-transferable, assignable and have no cash value. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by a Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by the Grand Prize Winners. Prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any

4 kind. By accepting a prize, Grand Prize Winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. The odds of winning a Grand Prize are determined by the total number of eligible Entries received and are equal regardless of the method of entry. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $2,495. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasigovernmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Releasees sole control. GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against Releasees and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies and agencies for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof or from participation in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of Entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by Entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is canceled or terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Where a dispute arises about who received an Automatic Entry, the Automatic Entry will be deemed submitted by the individual whose address was submitted at the time of Entry. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the

5 potential winner is the authorized account holder of the address entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
