ACCESSING VERIZON CENTER STEP 1: When you arrive at Verizon Center, go directly to any entry

2 ACCESSING VERIZON CENTER STEP 1: When you arrive at Verizon Center, go directly to any entry point. STEP 2: Present your MY HOYAS Ticket Card, credit/debit card, mobile ticket or paper ticket to the gate attendant. The attendant will swipe your card or scan the barcode on your phone or paper ticket. STEP 3: A seat locator will print out for each valid ticket on your card or mobile device. Use the seat locator to access your seat. If you enter with a printed ticket, you will not get a seat locator; instead you will just use your paper ticket to access your seat.

3 MY HOYAS ACCOUNT Through your MY HOYAS Account, you will have 24-hour access to manage your tickets free of charge! Using your MY HOYAS Account, you can: «View your ticket(s) on your mobile device «Transfer your ticket(s) to friends «Digitally upload your ticket(s) to a credit/debit card «Print your ticket(s) to any home or office printer «Donate your ticket(s) to our local charity partner, Most Valuable Kids. Managing your tickets through your MY HOYAS Account is extremely convenient, simple and secure and allows you the ultimate flexibility in using your seats. To log in to your MY HOYAS Account, your username is your account number or the primary address on your account; if you do not know your password, click on Forgot Your Password? to have a temporary one ed to you. Tap Login. STEP 3: Select the event you wish to view.

From the select an action drop-down menu, choose View Your Tickets.

Scroll to the bottom and tap View Your Ticket(s).

STEP 5: Your mobile ticket displays for your first seat. To view additional tickets, swipe left or click NEXT. Passbook for iphone Users: After viewing your tickets, tap Add to Passbook and then, on the next screen, tap Add.

6 TRANSFER TICKETS TO A GUEST FROM A COMPUTER If you are arriving separately from your guests or cannot attend a game, you can easily transfer tickets through your MY HOYAS Account. STEP 1: Log in to your MY HOYAS Account. STEP 2: Select manage my tickets; then select the specific event. STEP 3: Click Transfer tickets on the top bar and then select the seats you want to transfer. STEP 4: The tickets you have selected are now stored in your queue in the upper- right-hand corner of your screen. You can either select additional games or seats, or continue the process of transferring the selected seats by clicking transfer in the upper-right-hand corner. STEP 5: On the next page, a pop-up box will appear. Click Continue to transfer. STEP 6: Select a recipient by clicking the circle to the left of the recipient s name. Or, click Enter a New Contact to add a new recipient to your address book. STEP 7: Enter an optional message, choose an reminder and select whether to display the item price. Click next step. STEP 8: Confirm all details, agree to the terms of use and click complete transfer. The recipient will receive an notifying him/her of the pending transfer. In order to accept the tickets, the recipient will need to log in to his/her existing MY HOYAS Account or create a new account with the same address to which the tickets were transferred. Once he/she logs in, there will be a note on the top of the home screen indicating that he/she has a pending offer.

STEP 1: Log in to your MY HOYAS Account. STEP 2: Select manage my tickets; then select the specific event. STEP 3: Click Move to Card on the top bar and then select the seats you want to transfer. STEP 4: The tickets you have selected are now stored in your queue in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen. You can either select additional games or seats, or continue the process of transferring the selected seats to a card by clicking transfer in the upper-right-hand corner. STEP 5: On the next page, a pop-up box will appear. Click Continue to transfer. STEP 6: Select an existing card by clicking the circle to the left of the card name. Or, click Add a New Card. STEP 7: Choose whether to display the item price and click next step. STEP 8: Confirm all details, agree to the terms of use and click complete transfer. You will receive an confirming that you have transferred tickets to your card.

10 PRINT TICKETS Step 1: Log in to your MY HOYAS Account. Step 2: Select manage my tickets; then select the specific event. Step 3: Click Print-at-Home on the top bar and then select the seats you want to print. Step 4: The tickets you have selected are now stored in your queue in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen. You can either select additional games or seats, or continue the process of printing your tickets by clicking print in the upper-right-hand corner. Step 5: On the next page, a pop-up box will appear. Click Continue to print. Step 6: Confirm all details, agree to the terms of use and click submit. Step 7: Your tickets will automatically download as a PDF to either be printed immediately or saved for later printing. You will receive a confirmation that you have printed your tickets.

12 DONATE TICKETS Georgetown Athletics is happy to once again give you the option of donating your tickets to our charitable partner, Most Valuable Kids (MVK). MVK offers tickets to professional and collegiate sporting events to underserved children in the Washington, D.C. area. For more information, visit MostValuableKids.org. STEP 1: Log in to your MY HOYAS Account. STEP 2: Select manage my tickets; then select the specific event. STEP 3: Click Donate to Charity on the top bar and then select the seats you want to donate. STEP 4: The tickets you have selected are now stored in your queue in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen. You can either select additional games or seats, or continue the process of donating your tickets by clicking donate in the upper-right-hand corner. STEP 5: On the next page, a pop-up box will appear. Click Continue to donate. STEP 6: Review and confirm the items you are donating and checkmark the box to agree that your tickets will be removed from your account and donated to MVK. Click donate now. MVK will provide tax receipts for all donated tickets. The option to donate tickets through your MY HOYAS Account is available up to 48 hours before each game.

13 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. If I am unable to attend a game, or wish to distribute my tickets, do I need to lend my season ticket card? No. Just log in to your MY HOYAS Account to transfer or donate tickets. 2. I have multiple season ticket seats and split them with others. How will this work with only one card? Each account will be provided with one MY HOYAS Ticket Card. Account holders may transfer tickets to others via their MY HOYAS Account. Account holders splitting season tickets with others and wanting more than one card may split their season tickets into multiple accounts by contacting the ticket office. 3. What if I have guests attending the game who are not arriving with me? Tickets loaded on a MY HOYAS Ticket Card require account holders to arrive at Verizon Center with their guests for entry. If your guests will not be present with you, please use your MY HOYAS Account to transfer tickets to them in advance of the game. 4. What happens if my season ticket card is lost or stolen? Please contact the ticket office. Your original card will be deactivated and a replacement card will be issued.
