1 TABC Seller-Server Certification Course Marketing Guidelines NOTICE: Compliance with these marketing guidelines is mandatory. All of 360training.com, Inc. s websites and affiliate websites are regularly audited for violations. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in deactivation of the offender s virtual university and the eventual cancellation of reseller agreements. Purpose: To inform the internal marketing team and reseller affiliates about the marketing guidelines passed down by TABC in the governance of 360training.com, Inc. s status as an approved TABC training provider. Background: The TABC Seller-Server Certification course is approved under the Learn2Serve.com brand name. The Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) is aware of 360training s business model of reseller s and affiliates. In January 2011, TABC began using a standardized curriculum and exam. Previous information on your website will no longer be accurate. Implicit in 360training.com, Inc. s status as an approved provider is the understanding that the company and all of its affiliates and VARs adhere to TABC s standards for advertising and administration. Please see these guidelines below. Guidelines: 1. Clearly identify Learn2Serve (360training.com, Inc.) as the approved training provider and identify yourself as an affiliate. 2. 2 1. Learn2Serve is the approved training provider. As the approved training provider, 360training.com, Inc.(Learn2Serve) is responsible for content development, customer support, trainer support, training administration, compliance, reporting, and certificate distribution. Though resellers are allowed to distribute training to customers, 360training.com, Inc. is accountable to TABC and to students for all compliance and administration issues. Resellers should never imply or state that they are an approved training provider, and they must clearly state their relationship with 360training.com, Inc. (Learn2Serve). Properly redirect students to the Virtual University. According to TABC Rule Primary Internet-Based Seller Server School Requirements: Before any domain redirects a student and before charging the student, the redirecting domain must inform the student: o That he will be transferred to another site; o Of the name of the school that will actually provide the course of instruction; o Of the name of the school that will appear on his certificate upon successful completion of the course; o That the school to which he will be redirected will solicit private, personally identifiable information; and o That the student may refuse to be transferred without incurring fees. Course Summary and Review Also, with the advent of the mandated curriculum TABC is changing the time it takes to complete the course and removing the previous 6 hour maximum time limit. Students no longer have to complete the course in one session, either. The new 2011 TABC Seller- Server Certification course will take only 2 hours, not 3 hours and 20 minutes. Get TABC Certified in 3 Hours & 20 Minutes! TABC regulations require online courses to be completed in one 6-hour sitting. You may take a break anytime you wish throughout the 6-hour period. Get TABC Certified in only 2 hours! No more 6 hour time limit! Take the TABC course at your own pace. 3. B: Provide correct TABC Seller-Server course information regarding certificate issuance procedures. 360training is no longer sending certification cards, or pocket cards to students who complete TABC Seller-Server Training. After course completion students can refresh

5 their course catalogue page and print their OFFICIAL TABC Certificate of Completion from the webpage. It is not temporary students will receive nothing in the mail. Click to enroll, complete the course and print your temporary certificate right away. We will mail you the original TABC permit within 5 business days. When you complete the course your temporary certificate of completion will be available to print. Your pocket card will be mailed to you within 1 week. Upon completing your TABC Seller-Server course you will be able to print your official certification straight from the webpage. No more waiting for the certificate in the mail. Print your certificate of completion immediately after course completion. 3. C: Provide correct TABC Seller-Server course information regarding reporting procedures. 360training is responsible for reporting student completions to TABC within 14 business days. This period has shortened from 30 days. No other amount of time (shorter or longer) must be referenced on your website. Your credits will be reported to the TABC within 30 days of completion. You will be reported to the appropriate regulatory agency as soon as you complete the course. Your completion will be reported to TABC within 14 business days of completion. The provider will upload your course completion to the TABC database with 14 business days.
