At PT Innovation in Portugal, I have been responsible for multiple projects related with the software system tests in the area of intelligent networks. I have an extensive experience abroad, being responsible for the user acceptance tests in countries such as Morocco, Angola, Cape Verde, Botswana and Brazil, allowing me to rapidly adapt to different work environments and assume the leadership of a work group. As leader of a team, I felt the need to continue to develop and improve my knowledge in the management field, taking several courses concerning that item. I also have a Post graduated diploma in Communication Networks. In Brazil I was responsible for integration tests for the solution implemented on the operator Vivo, which supports close to 40 million customers. At this time, I was the team leader. Afterwards I become the head of division responsible for quality assurance of intelligent network software developed by PT Inovação. I had coordination and management responsibilities of my team of 40 employees. Today I\'m responsible for the PT Inovação 1st line Support Team for B/OSS.
