21 Overview NavCert NavCert was founded as a joint venture between TÜV and OECON in 2006, since 2012 NavCert is a 100% subsidiary of the OECON Holding Group NavCert provide world-wide technical services, verification, validation and certification services in the area of positioning and navigation with offices in Braunschweig and Munich. NavCert is Notified Body (NB2603) for the European Electronic Toll System (EETS) based on EU-Directive 2004/52/EC (EETS). NavCert is intensely engaged with the subject of ecall since In this context NavCert was involved as lead in the European projects HeERO I and HeERO II. In the follow-up project I_HeERO, NavCert is responsible for the development of the conformity assessment for PSAPs in Europe. 19. September 2017 NavCert 21
