On-site course assessment conducted by ITS/DPKO where appropriate (Not mandatory, at the discretion of ITS/DPKO) 5. Assessment report within 4 weeks after the completion of the desk review, or if a visit is undertaken, after 4 weeks since the end of the visit. The requesting organisation may be requested in this phase to send additional info where it was requested to make adjustments to its course curriculum and related docs.

Training recognition applicable to PDT courses 6 steps 1. Submission of request for course certifications and use of the C3MC logo through an application form directly sent by the training institution to the ENTRi focal point for certification 2. Preliminary review of application file: within 14 days from day 0. Accreditation standards and criteria define a number of minimum requirements covering: Previous experience in the field of CCM training; Course content, including learning objectives and the topics indentified in the consolidated version of the EGT Courses; Course duration for each training activity and/or training module; Training materials; Training methodologies; Course venue and facilities; Participants assessment; Language; Issuance of course completion certificates to participants who attended a minimum number of training hours. 3. Technical review through a paper evaluation (and, if necessary, on-site visits): within 70 days from day 0 where the validating body will review the application and documentation presented 3 years (propose d) 1 year (current system) 4. Peer review, during which team visits can be organised in the requesting institution ex ante and/or during the delivery of the Course. (not compulsory, at the discretion of the certifying institution)

5 5. An assessment report and certification proposal are submitted to the ENTRI Working Group on Certification within two weeks from the end of the technical evaluation. The ENTRI decides on the award of the certification/c3mc-label within the following 4 weeks.

6 6. Where Course certification is granted the Course Organiser will receive a certification document from the ENTRI. The release of the certification document is subject to the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding between the applicant and ENTRI, covering the terms of use of the C3MC-label.
