Independent Software Vendor, providing an application / service integrated with AP4SaaS through an Adapter or a R-SATK Connector. Adapters are built and maintained by HPE, R-SATK Connectors are usually built and maintained by the ISV Software specific license terms Software products with software specific license terms are described below. Software products covered by this ALA document (as listed above) and not covered in this section do not have software specific license terms. HP AP4SaaS 3.1 Core licenses The HP AP4SaaS 3.1 solution is a central interaction point automating key processes that streamline lifecycle operations in one place. The platform has two main licensing options: Non-Commercial License and Starterkit License. The usage component of an AP4SaaS license is based on the concept of active subscriptions of either or both IaaS and SaaS services. HPE AP4SaaS New Starter Kit This default starter kit capacity includes only 1,000 active subscriptions. HPE AP4SaaS Nw Mktplace Portal 1SV MarketPlace Portal licenses are included in the AP4SaaS Starter Kit. However a customer expecting high traffic on their MPP, additional AP4SaaS MPP licenses can be ordered to achieve portal scalability. HP AP4SaaS Non-Commercial The Test and Integration platform will mirror the configuration of the AP4SaaS commercial system including the Marketplace Portal and Back-Up Site (HA) license if bought by the customer on the production platform. If no end-customers are involved a trial can be proposed to the customer. HPE AP4SaaS New Back-up Site Deployments in HA of the AP4SaaS Core Platform for a production system requires a backup license. If a backup is deployed, then a license is required. HPE AP4SaaS New Reseller HP AP4SaaS Reseller enables the Reseller function. HP ACI Internal Foundation Tier C Product Platform: quantity of 5 for HP ACI Internal Foundation Tier C 1. Non-Commercial Platform (Test/Integration) Quantity 1 for HP ACI Internal Foundation Tier C to be ordered along with the AP4SaaS Non-Commercial 2. HP IUM Media The HP Internet Usage Manager Media is required HP SA 0-150/15 Tokens capacity The ordering guideline description are such that the number of license to be ordered depends on the AP4SaaS licensing model. 1. 4 Additional License Authorizations for HPE AP4SaaS 3.1 software products Page 4 HP AP4Saas CS Onboard Acceler Pack (also know as Service Adaptor Toolkit or SATk) HP AP4SaaS provides a uniform methodology for integrating cloud services using the service adaptor toolkit. The SATk standardizes and eases the work required to develop Cloud Services service adaptor and allows a common Java-skilled developer to integrate easily a cloud services in the aggregation platform. HP Cloud Service Accelerator On-Boarding (CSOAP) Training The CSOAP training course provides comprehensive knowledge of the HP AP4SaaS service adaptor development using the service adaptor toolkit. The time and date of the course is based on the request from the customer. It is a 4 day training course with required Java knowledge and participants must be literate in English (good English listening). Location of the training can be either on a HP premises or at the customer s location. HP 3-Month Cloud Service Accelerator On-Boarding (CSOAP) Developer Assistance The Developer Assistance includes a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and a Statement of Work (SOW). With the SLA, SPs will have 2 eligible callers for HP development experts to answer specific questions about development tools and methods. These questions are submitted through standard addresses. To help the customer develop and deploy their service adaptors, HP provides an unlimited number of cases. To ensure SPs are adequately equipped to build service adaptors, CSOAP developer assistance offers a 1 day response time during normal working hours. The SOW consist of confidential and rapid answers by HP development experts to specific questions about development tools and methods on the Cloud Service On- Boarding and an agreement of the start/end date of the developer assistance time frame. HPE AP4SaaS New IaaS Domain Gtway The HP AP4SaaS IaaS Domain Gateway is always required for any IaaS platforms supported by APS4aaS HPE AP4SaaS New IaaS Adpr for CSA HPE AP4SaaS New IaaS Adptor for VPC Cloud Service R-SATK Connectors HPE AP4SaaS ISV Simple Integration Integration with an ISV service built using a few APIs with low complexity. A license is required for each deployment. A license is required only in case HPE is requested to implement the integration with the ISV HPE AP4SaaS ISV Standard Integration Integration with an ISV service built using an average APIs with average complexity. A license is required for each deployment. A license is required only in case HPE is requested to implement the integration with the ISV HPE AP4SaaS ISV Complex Integration Integration with an ISV service built using a high number of APIs and/or with high complexity. Software contains software and associated specifications licensed from third parties that are confidential to, and trade secrets of, such parties. You will not take any action other than to Use it as authorized under the agreement as part of the software products and will not disclose it to third parties. B. You shall install and use the software as authorized in the applicable agreement only as a complete product and may not use portions of such software on a standalone basis separate from the complete software unless expressly authorized in the Supporting Material, specifications or an applicable agreement. C. Unless stated otherwise, you are authorized to Use one Device at a time for your Internal Use.
