6 TCTC Certificate: Senior students who complete the second year of a two year career technical program with passing grades in all courses and all academic classes needed for graduation and who obtain 90% attendance record for the two years (no more than 36 days of absence for any reason) will receive a TCTC certificate of completion. Testing Payment Criteria: For a student to be eligible to take a certification test and have the test paid for by the board they must have an A or B in lab and theory (if applicable), a 90% attendance rate, and the recommendation of their lab teacher. All program fees must be paid.
