3 MOL Approach and Practice Level 4 Diploma in and Practice Helping somebody to take their first steps on to the property ladder or selling a property for a client is both rewarding and challenging. If you want to work towards your dream career in conveyancing whilst helping someone to own their dream home, then this level 4 Diploma qualification can help reach your goal. No previous experience, knowledge, skills or understanding of conveyancing procedure and practice are required and you do not need to be employed in a legal services job to study any of our diplomas. You will need to complete 5 units to achieve the complete qualification*: The English Legal System Law of Contract Land Law Standard Conveyancing Transactions Understanding Accounting Procedures for Conveyancing Transactions The final assessment for each of the units is either a written assessment under exam conditions or by assignment. This level 4 Diploma is awarded by SQA, the national awarding organisation. Level 6 Diploma in and Practice This level 6 Diploma in and Practice is highly regarded in the industry and meets the professional standard expected of a licensed conveyancer. Benefit from the status this qualification will bring which will demonstrate your professionalism to clients, increase demand for your services and help you to gain a competitive edge over your peers as you reach the heights of your profession. Candidates with no legal qualifications should start by completing the level 4 Diploma in and Practice, progressing onto the level 6 Diploma and working towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer. The level 6 Diploma is awarded by SQA, the national awarding organisation. You will need to complete 3 units to achieve the complete qualification*: Landlord and Tenant and Practice Managing Client and Office Accounts (Conveyancing) All units will be under exam conditions. *You may have exemptions from some of the qualification units. If you have previously completed some of the units of the qualification you will need to submit a certificate of prior learning to MOL in order to achieve the full Diploma. You may also be eligible for exemptions due to previous study which MOL can confirm for you MOL 05

4 MOL Approach Level 4 Diploma in Make the first step to a career in with MOL. Whether you have little or no previous experience or knowledge of probate procedure and practice, this course is perfect if you are just starting your career in probate law. You do not need to be employed in a legal services job to study any of our diplomas. You will need to complete five units to achieve the full qualification* The English Legal System Law of Contract Land Law Law of Wills, Succession and Grants of Representation Understanding Accounting Procedures for Probate Transactions The final assessment for each of the units is either a written piece of work under exam conditions or by assignment. This level 4 Diploma is awarded by SQA, the national awarding organisation. Level 6 Diploma in Demonstrate you are a Probate professional and instil client confidence. This level 6 Diploma in is the highest qualification in the industry and meets the professional standard expected of the licensed probate professional. Candidates with no legal qualifications should start by completing the level 4 Diploma in, progressing onto the level 6 Diploma. You will need to complete 3 units to achieve the full qualification*: Administration of Estates Law of Wills, Succession and Grants of Representation Managing Client and Office Accounts (Probate) All units will be assessed under exam conditions. This level 6 Diploma is awarded by SQA, the national awarding organisation. *You may have exemptions from some of the qualification units. If you have previously completed some of the units of the qualification you will need to submit a certificate of prior learning to MOL in order to achieve the full Diploma.
