1 Transfer Agreement Renewal University of Wisconsin-Platteville Master of Science in Project Management and University of California-Irvine Division of Continuing Education Certificate in Applied Project Management Completion of the University of California-Irvine Division of Continuing Education {UCI Continuing Education) Certificate in Applied Project Management ("the certificate") equates to 6 graduate credits in the University of Wisconsin-Platteville (UW-Platteville) Master of Science in Project Management program, under the following stipulations: 1) The certificate must be completed before student is admitted to the M.S. in Project Management program at UW-Platteville. All coursework leading to the certificate must be completed fewer than 7 years prior to admission at UW-Platteville. All coursework leading to the certificate must be earned at UCI Continuing Education (no transfers from other institutions or programs allowed). 2) A grade of "B" or better must be earned in all coursework from the certificate program to be eligible for transfer into the UW-Platteville M.S. in Project Management program. The courses required (12 units) to earn the certificate are eligible for transfer to UW-Platteville's MS Project Management program, upon admission thereto. See Attachment A for the certificate requirements. 3) Completion of the certificate (12 units), equates to 6 graduate credits ln the UW-Platteville M.S. In Project Management program, in the following manner: UW-Platteville Courses Semester Credits a. PROJMGT 7010 Project Management Techniques I 3 credits b. PROJMGT 7020 Project Management Techniques II 3 credits TOTAL 6 credits 4) Under this agreement, both parties may advertise this agreement to their students, prospective students and alumnl through print, onllne and Interactive marketing materials such as fliers, websites and other advertisements, subject to the guidelines and restrictions further described in this section. a. Each party shall provide the other with a high-resolution logo file and hereby grants the other license to use the name and/or logo for these limited purposes. b. Use of UCI Division of Continuing Education name: In all communications as described above, the entity name shall be "UCI Division of Continuing Education" or "UCI Continuing Education". It Is not appropriate to use other variations of the University's name, such as "University of California" or "UC Irvine". c. Use of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville name: In all communications as described above, the name shall be, "University of Wisconsin-Platteville." d. Prior written approval for any uses of the UCI Division of Continuing Education name or logo beyond those explicitly stated above, Including press releases, must be obtained from the partner Institution's director of marketing or designee.
