2 HOSTED SITE SERVICES 1. What is your ideal dimension for your 200 SF and 600 SF suite (when it expands)? 10 ft. X 20 ft., initially; expandable in 10 ft. X 5 ft. increments. 2. Does FSU prefer hard wall or cage wall suite? No preference. 3. Does FSU prefer key locks or card reader at suite door? No preference. 4. Is FSU supplying the seven cabinets? Yes, but five cabinets initially. 5. Ideally, does FSU prefer that all these cabinets to be in a single row layout? Or does FSU prefer multiple rows? Single row with a gap between tape library and racks. 6. What are the dimensions (width, height, and depth) and weight of a single cabinet? See equipment specifications below. 7. Does FSU require overhead infrastructure (ladder racking) for power cable/circuits, copper data cables (cross-connects), and fiber optic cross connects? Overhead infrastructure is not required. Equipment of the type we plan to use is usually deployed in raised flooring environments. 8. Can the cabinet support overhead infrastructure? Yes. 9. How much power does each of the seven cabinets require? Please provide an itemized list that specifies the following requirements: a. Voltage (120V AC, 240V AC, or -48V DC) b. UPS or non-ups c. Amperage d. Number of power circuits at each cabinets e. AC power redundant (If multiple power circuits per cabinets) by identify primary and secondary power circuits. f. Does FSU require the need for remote hand services to service the FSU equipment within the suite? Remote hands service is not absolutely required. For the TCP/IP connectivity to FLR and NLR network, does FSU prefer an IP-VPN on a Private MPLS network or will FSU prefer FSU virtual tunnels on the public Internet? A VPN or tunnel that constrains throughput in any way is undesirable. A private MPLS network that restricts frame size to less that 9K MTUs is also undesirable. We prefer dark fiber or a VLAN capable of supporting frame sizes of 9K MTUs. 2. Does FSU require connecting to FLR and NLR separately GigE/10GigE connections? No. One connection to either FLR or NLR. 3. If separate connections are required, do the connections have to be diversely routed? Only one connection. 4. What location does FSU prefer to connect to the FLR network and the NLR network (Address, City, State, Zip)? No preference as to location. 5. What is the expected monthly usage on each of the two GigE (scaleable to 10GigE) ports?

6 We expect a full 2Gb to be available to us at all times. For the initial deployment, this can be achieved by providing two (2) GigE ports channelized to provide a single 2Gb connection. However, a 10Gb connection rate-limited to 2Gb would also be acceptable and would easily facilitate future growth in bandwidth requirements. 6. Do FLR and NLR have 1Gig LAN PHY and/or 10Gig LAN PHY connectivity at their location? Yes. Both.
