4 Ruckus Technologies Ruckus measures wireless innova on to provide you with superior coverage and performance with an unbeatable blend of proprietary technologies: BeamFlex / BeamFlex+ BeamFlex is a custom antenna array that adap vely selects the best antenna pa ern(s) for each packet, for each user. Standard networking products use 3 antenna pa erns (3 exterior aerials) to broadcast wireless signal. The Antennas inside Ruckus products produce a minimum of 128 antenna pa erns, dynamically matching antenna polarity of the client to improve download and upload performance and reliability, regardless of the devices orienta on. 5 Ruckus Technologies ChannelFly ChannelFly technology improves performance by choosing an op mal radio channel via ac ve capacity measurements. Normally systems are restricted to a choice of three channels to avoid interference. Ruckus uses eleven channels, making changes every second to op mise performance. SmartRoam+ Without effec ve roaming technology, Wi-Fi client applica ons such as streaming video or voice over wireless LAN (VoWLAN) will experience service interrup ons. SmartRoam+ leverages the Ruckus proprietary implementa on of industry standard roaming protocols to provide a seamless mobility experience.
