Network International Digital Trunk/CO Line (Trunk Group 01) Analogue Trunk/CO Line (Trunk Group 02) National Local Boss Sales man Worker
1-1 Making a Call (Basic) To make an outgoing (external) call, the user must access a Trunk. This is usually done by dialling 9 or 0 (Idle Line Access Code). Network Digital Trunk/CO Line (Trunk Group 01) Analogue Trunk/CO Line (Trunk Group 02) Destination 9 (or 0 )+ Destination number * 9 or 0= Idle Line Access Code Caller
1-2 Making a Call (Trunk Access) Idle Line Access -1 Each Trunk can be assigned a specific Trunk Group Number CO Line Settings Multiple Trunks can belong to the same Trunk Group. * Maximum number of [Trunk Group] per system -> 64
1-3 Making a Call (Trunk Access) Idle Line Access -2 Each Trunk Group can be assigned a COS (Class of Service) TRG Settings Each Trunk Group can be named. By default, each Trunk Group COS = 7. This COS prevents Trunk-to-Trunk calls and must be changed before calls are made. * Maximum number of [COS] per system -> 64
1-4 Making a Call (Trunk Access) Idle Line Access -3 The Idle Line Access Code is the number used to seize a trunk System - Numbering Plan - Main Features Tab Feature code for Idle Line Access Idle Line Access number can be 9 or 0 depending on your country.
