Many organizations are leveraging formal Project Management methodologies and practices to maximize these efficiencies, and yet 30% of IT projects still fail. In this session the Project Managers of ITEC will discuss the principles of Project Management, common terminology, concepts, tools, and methodologies such as: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. They will then discuss the top reasons why projects fail and how often adherence to project management basic principles can often be the difference between success and failure.
