10 CONFIGURATION SETUP Device Configuration with Router Step-1 Step-2 Step-3 Step-4 After the successful installation of mightyhome hardware, follow these steps to configure the device to your router. (Ensure that devices are powered On at the configuration time) Download & install mightyhome Config Application from the play store. Download Link: Open mightyhome Config Application & allow permission to turn on hotspot. In the application click on turn hotspot button to turn on the hotspot. Android Link 10

11 CONFIGURATION SETUP Device Configuration with Router Step-5 Step-6 Step-7 Step-8 Wait for at least 1 minute and in this time press refresh button to see the device comes in the application. (after the device comes, it will show the IP address and MAC address) Click on the device and give SSID, Password of your router and give Port & Device Name from the mightyhome application. After that press submit button, it will show you the details which you have entered. After this screen, your device will connect to the router, if the SSID & Password match correctly. Otherwise it will come to config again after 1 minute. 11

12 4. Some Problems & Solutions The module is not working Please check if the connection-wiring of loads & switch is correct. Please check if the power supply is attached with the module. Please check if the main power supply is turn on. The load is not working Please check if the connection-wiring of loads & switch is correct. Please check if the load is good. Please check if the module have the correct power supply. Please check if the main power supply is turn on. The module is not shown in config Please wait for at least 60 seconds to warm up the device. In between 60 seconds the device will comes to config application. 12

13 Some Problems & Solutions The module is not connect with router Please check if the SSID & Password is correct. If SSID & Password is incorrect the device will comes to config after 60 seconds. After correct SSID & Password it will connects to router. Please check if the distance between module & router is not too far. (around 5-6 meters radius. Different routers have different signal strength) Please check if the device & router both turn on. The device is not working from application Please check if the mobile device & home automation device is connected with same router. Please check if the IP & Port is same for the device as shown in application. 13
