It operates in a total autonomy and can be set or checked through the internet for your post-installation control or for monitoring and diagnostics of any critical machinery. For ship machinery health control (diesels, transmissions, pumps and motors), power generation control (gas, steam & wind turbines), vehicles field test (railways, automotive, aircraft) the OROS SmartRouter TM will free up the vibes experts from long and expensive trips. The SmartRouter TM is also the solution when the measurement location is not accessible for the operator. Operating with nuclear reactor (power generation, ships) or aircraft engine, the WiFi connection solves the cables routing nightmare. M

4 Description Compact and rugged The SmartRouter TM can be clasped to any analyzer in your fleet (OR35, OR36 or OR38) without any complicated setups. Simply plug and play. It comes with an embedded 50 GB hard disk to save your results and signals locally. Consult and analyze from anywhere NVGate, the analyzer software platform is accessible through its 1 Gb/s Ethernet port, its WiFi device or modem connections. Post-processing acquired data can be achieved locally. This allows the analysis of numerous high frequency signals without worrying about downloads security and duration. Ergonomic panel An LCD on the front panel indicates the current status of the system (on duty, alarm, failure detection, etc...). With 8 digital I/O compatible with industrial voltages and a serial port, it features the necessary interface to the condition monitoring systems. A set of 8 bright LEDs is located on the front panel, displaying, the progression of a sequence or warning levels. Versatile power management Powered by DC/AC or its own internal battery, the SmartRouter TM controls the power-up and shutdown of the system through the analyzer on/off/reset control line. In case of a power failure, the measurement system remains operational. When battery life dissipates, it manages to shutdown the entire system safely. When the main power is back, the whole data acquisition system is automatically restarted and the survey restarts. The traceability is done through , logs or digital outputs indicating the systems status. On the rear panel, a power supply plug is available for external conditioner powering. M

5 Remotely controlled video camera Available as an option, it allows you to check the system environment or to monitor the machinery under test (useful when the system is sent alone to the test site). It can also let you remotely monitor transducers positioning with the help of an operator on site. Customization toolkit It let you program the LEDs, I/Os and LCD operation to fit your application s needs.
