6 Power Solutions Custom Design Products Plasma Generation Application This 600 Watt Programmable High Voltage Power Supply (Constant Voltage or Constant Current) operates from a Universal AC Input and features an analog voltage control interface which could be connected to a potentiometer for simple voltage control. Front Panel Indicators provide visual indicaton of both AC Input and DC Output. The supply is manufactured utilizing the baseplate for conduction cooled operation. These supplies are ideal for plasma generation applications and other laboratory applications. Electrostatic Sprayer, Air and Oil Cleaner Applications We have designed several models for residential and commercial applications with output voltages up to 30kV. Our supplies have been used in skyscraper HVAC systems, biological contamination control, and semiconductor manufacturing applications. LHV Power offers both standard and custom designs in many package types to accommodate various environments. Color Laser Printer Applications We have designed custom multi output power supplies for color laser printers. These power supplies provide multiple high and low voltage outputs to meet customer requirements for the next generation laser printer technology. We will work closely with your engineers to design a power supply that meets your requirements and is competitively priced.

7 Custom Medical Application We have designed small battery operated high voltage power supplies for high volume medical applications. With output voltages of up to 12kV, 0.6W of power along with custom form factors and packaging, we can give you exactly what you want. LHV Power has built units in a ½ cube to a PCB about the size of a stick of gum, incorporating the display along with the user control to provide a one part solution. Continuous Ink Jet Printer Application From standard to complete custom supplies, we offer solutions for continuous ink jet printer applications. Our standard GMA and A series PCB mount DC-DC converters offer 1W and 3W up to 3kV output. We have GM24-5KPN, GMA24-5KPN-SEC, GM20-05 and GMH8-23P-07 that are specialized units made specifically for CIJ printer applications. We have also combined both custom high voltage and standard low voltage power supplies, mounting brackets and harnesses to provide a complete drop-in power solution for CIJ printers. Plasma Generation Application LHV Power has designed both DC output and AC output high voltage power supplies for plasma generation. These are used for sterilization applications. With outputs ranging from 850VDC to 8kVAC along with DC or AC inputs, we can offer you a solution that will fit your requirements. We also design units for commercial and military applications.
