FEATURES < Relay card and digital I/O card > Switching f up to 50 channels The has five rear-panel slots f relay card insertion, enabling it to handle swithcing f up to 50 channels (with five cards installed). This makes it ideal f multipoint measurement systems, f everything from semiconduct and electrical/electronic parts testing to temperature distribution measurements. Also, digital I/O card can be inserted into the slots. Relay card (4 types) and digital I/O card The can be fitted with 4 different types of relay card to enable it handle a wide range of applications: generalpurpose multiplexer, thermocouple multiplexer, generalpurpos actuat, and general-purpose matrix. These make it simple to make multi-point measurements of temperature, of electrical quantities such as voltage and resistance. CHANNEL SCAN FUNCTION (channel mode: CHAN) In channel mode, the user can specify the scan start cahnnel number and the scan end channel number. When scanning starts, the scan proceeds automatically as the channel number starts, the scan proceeds automatically as the channel number increments. In this mode, only the one switch cresponding to the channel number closes. Skip function If skip is set f a channel, that channel is skipped when the scan is executed. Skip can be specified not only f individual channel numbers, but also f a continuous series of channel numbers from a skip start to a skip end channel number, making it possible to skip an entire group of channels. Step interval The interval between successive channel switching operations is specified by setting the step interval. This can be specified in ms, s, min, hour units. CARD MONITOR The card monit provides two functions: the card type function, to display the model name and type ( multiplexer, actuat, matrix digital I/O) of installed cards in each slot: and the card monit function, to display whether the switch of any installed card is ON OFF. These functions let you know the status of any cards easily on the display. Card type function REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTION/EXTEND FUNCTION The following three remote signals can be input and output via the remote control signal connect on the scanner rear.
