1 Proposal Invited for Implementing Network Architecture Design at QCI Proposals are invited from reputed companies and service providers to provide end to end solution to implement Network architecture at QCI and its various Boards at the following locations: 1. QCI office at 2 nd Floor, IEI Building (engineers Bhawan), Bahadur shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi NABET/NABH, Floor 6/5, ITPI Building, behind SPA, ITO, New Delhi-2 The Proposal is invited in the following 2-bid document: a. Technical Proposal: The technical proposal must contain the following, besides any other information the vendor wants to provide on its own: a. The details of the company including registration, PAN/TIN, service tax, sales tax registration. b. The experience of implementing such solutions and the orders from government / semi-government organizations. c. Details of providing end to end solution to any organization. d. Detailed plan of implementation, including timelines. e. Details of components, hardware, software if any which can be used if the solution is replicated/transported to a new location/permanent building of QCI in near future. f. Any other detail. (the company may visit the QCI office at IEI building to understand the requirements). b. Financial Proposal: The financial proposal must contain: a. Cost against every component in the BOM. b. Cost of implementation of end to end solution. c. Timelines of implementation and cost against each Phase of implementation, if the solution is implemented phase-wise. d. Payment schedule. Note: QCI reserves the right to cancel, amend or modify the solution in consultation with the vendor for the overall benefit of the organization. The solution quality, speed of implementation, experience of the vendor and longevity of the solution shall be the criteria of selection.
