3 Laboratory Connection Products LED LabLights The LABLINK LabLight is a streamline LED task light for laboratory workbenches. The nonyellowing, polycarbonate lens directs up to 95% of the illumination from white LED lamps to the work surface. This design provides uniform task lighting in laboratories and similar applications. LABLINK LabLight is made from a minimum of 90% recycled materials (by weight) and Energy Star qualified components. The aluminum housing efficiently manages heat from the high power LEDs and stays cool to the touch. With low power consumption, no ballast, no bulbs and no mercury, the 50,000 hour LED service life makes the LabLight energy efficient, environmentally friendly and virtually maintenance free. Power connections on both ends of the fixture allow the daisy chaining of up to 10 feet of light. Each light can be individually controlled with an on/off switch. The LabLight is available in seven sizes ranging in lengths from 1 foot to 8 feet of light. LabLights are easily attached to metal, plastic or wood furniture using standard magnetic strip mounts or under shelf screw mounts. Optional bracket mounts are also available. Our LabLights are ARRA compliant, Listed by UL (E344858) and UL Listed to Canadian Safety Standards. 6 Power Strips Furniture Power Distribution Units (FPDUs) are made of high quality aluminum, designed to be both rugged and versatile. LABLINK Power Strips can be installed vertically and/or horizontally to meet the needs of your specification. Custom power strip lengths and custom cord lengths provide more functionality for today s modular lab environment. Standard Features 8 LabLink Surface Mount Aluminum Raceway Normal configuration includes devices secured to removable cover plates for easy access in the field. Optional brackets available to secure device to raceway channel if desired. Satin anodized finish is standard; providing a durable and corrosion resistant surface. VERSA-DUCT fittings are coupled to produce a continuous design appearance. Over 200 powder-coated colors are available. Custom color matching is available. Integrated channel barriers provide isolation of adjacent circuits. Normal, emergency standby and low voltage communication circuits can be installed. A wide range of device punches for receptacles, switches, and most data and communication outlets are available. Replacement covers are available for maximum flexibility when adding or deleting any power or data outlets. We offer custom cut lengths when needed. Self-adhesive polyester labels are included for ease in identification of panels and circuits in the field. For more permanent identification, the aluminum covers or phenolic nameplates can be engraved. VERSA-DUCT sections are labeled to maximize installation efficiency. Relief slots on either side of the raceway allow for improved access to wired outlets, and limit accidental marring of the cover. This channel can be used when bench uprights are spaced at 5 1/2". The service pedestal mounts to the C channel, which is secured to the uprights of the bench.
