4 Mission The Multinational Communications Interoperability Program (MCIP) is a: Multilateral, command, control, communications and cyber (C4) program for assured interoperability, information sharing, and capacity building Brings together allied and partner nation militaries, US agencies, United Nation entities, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), academia, and industry Under the context of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief response
