4 OBJECTIVES OF THE ACADEMY Anti-crime policy objective: The institute shall contribute to the achievement of the universal anti-crime pollicy objective of preventing people to become criminals or victims General objective: With its activity, it shall promote the appearance of a crime prevention attitude in the daily activity and thinking of state organisations, local authorities, civilian organisations, businesses and private individuals.
5 Special objective: It shall promote the creation and effective management of a single international and national crime prevention training and further training (train-the-trainer). It shall ensure that the largest circle of people interested in the crime prevention acquire the knowledge important for them from the point of view of crime prevention. With its scientific activity it shall promote the theoretical establishment of crime prevention activity and the fight against organised crime, and shall support the work of those preparing and making decisions.
