18 ODF Forging Solutions Tubing Hangers Casing Hangers» Collaborating with BEG ODF division to deliver a competitive route to market for the highest quality forgings, such as tubing and casing hangers.» We can produce some of these components machined from bar.» However, there are technical and commercial constraints whereby pre-heat treated bar is either not acceptable or economical.» The project requirements are for heat treatment in near net shape.» The start diameter required is too large for stock or the material loss is too great» We have worked with our Open Die Forging Division in Kapfenberg to create a fast track economically competitive route to address these issues.» Carrying ingot stocks and forging at Kapfenberg» Stocking shaped forged parts and further machining at vsm local facilities. 19 Houston O&G Customer Day 2018
