10 CIX Definition CIX has accepted industry definition of an IXP: A physical network infrastructure operated by a single entity with the purpose to facilitate the exchange of Internet traffic between Internet Service Providers. The number of Internet Service Providers connected should at least be three and there must be a clear and open policy for others to join. is a service provided by University Computing Centre - Srce, to Croatian Internet Service Providers, non-commercial and private networks for the purpose of exchanging Internet traffic on the national level. CIX is not-for-profit Exchange Point 10
