History of Advanced Technical Solutions (ATS) 2003 ATS is established with a strategic aim of becoming one of the leading ICT system integrators in the UAE and the Gulf region 2006 ATS signs key partnership agreements with two global leaders in the networking business - 3Com and Tyco electronics ATS becomes a CISCO Systems Premier partner and adds 3M structured cabling to its portfolio 2010 ATS becomes one of the leading ICT solution providers, delivering innovative solutions ATS expands its portfolio - InfoSec UPS systems (France) and Polygroup raised flooring (Spain) and 3Com Gold Enterprise partner ATS adds more products such as CCTV, access control, control system to be a complete low current system integrator ATS hires more highly qualified engineers and skilled technicians for its operations 2014 ATS has been assessed for trading, installation and maintenance of IT and telecommunication infrastructure for all government and non-government bodies including oil and gas field industries. 5 History of Advanced Technical Solutions (ATS) 2016 ATS grew to be a reliable provider of telecommunication system integration active in all regions in UAE and the gulf region. ATS has been prequalified by (and has ongoing projects with) major UAE companies, oil and gas, government, defense and private sectors. Launched and opened for business this year, the ATS Integration Center is, a high security 1,600 square-foot facility in Abu Dhabi, provisioned with state-of-the-art technology. Page 5 of 21

7 2.3 Areas of Specialization System Integration ATS delivers complete, multi-system, integrated, turnkey telecoms and security packages for oil and gas projects, both onshore and offshore. This ensures that you have integrated solutions that work reliably in harsh and hazardous environments Detailed Engineering and Design ATS consulting division has talented professionals, the latest tools, and access to key resources. Engineers handle technical queries to ensure that proposed engineering complies with client requirements and presents alternative solutions, where they will be useful. Wiring diagrams and layouts are prepared to the level specified by the client, and are submitted for approval Procurement With ATS procurement, criteria for selection, approval and monitoring of supplier performance are established in tenders. Our knowledge of best-in-market suppliers enables us to source best value vendors and products. 8 2.3.5 Installation and Commissioning Our technicians work alongside project managers and engineers to ensure smooth and efficient installation. All works are carried out in accordance with client specifications. Alternatively, we can witness third party testing on your behalf. Prior to commencement of commissioning, ATS requires power to system panels and associated items; we conduct general inspection and visual checks of installed equipment, cables and wiring, including setup, configuration and interconnections Integrated Factory Acceptance Testing ATS integrated factory acceptance test (IFAT) brings together selected vendor components and client personnel to validate and test of subsets of control systems networks and/or security applications, at a single place the ATS Integration Center. With IFAT, ATS ensures important benefits, including time and cost savings, improved compliance and increased comfort levels with integrated systems and solutions. ATS Integration Center is your one-stop resource facility for solutions integrations and assurance. The Center supports the delivery of comprehensive solutions and integration services with limited time and resources. ATS Integration Center is registered and certified to ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004; OHSAS 18001:2007 standards. Highly-secured, with an area of 1,600 square feet, the Center offers state-of-the-art technology and is strategically located in Abu Dhabi island. The Center helps organizations reduce TCO (total cost of ownership), resolve operational, resource and related issues that require technology integration support. Our team of certified project managers and engineers understand the special requirements of the oil and gas industry and government sectors, so they can successfully execute integration project roll-outs, from the simplest to most complex. Trusted outcomes are delivered on time and in budget Maintenance and Support To ensure that you continue to benefit from our products and solutions, we provide routine and emergency maintenance through service level agreements. Our customers have manufacturers warranties on products and solutions, and we assist in following up warranty-related enquiries. 12 3.3 Facilities and Technical Backup To meet the requirements of any of our clients, ATS maintains a 200 square meter warehouse in Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi and a highly-secured ATS Integration Center, with an area of 1,600 square feet strategically located in Abu Dhabi island.
