19 KEITH SUNDERMAN, Penn State University Keith is a Senior Project Manager with Penn State University. Over the past 30 years he has represented various Owners in the role of Project Manager for over $1 Billion in major new capital construction including 5 projects in excess of $100 Million each. His most recent projects on the Penn State Hershey campus include a new Cancer Institute and Children s Hospital. He is currently overseeing a new 2 MW, Tier III Data Center on the Hershey campus with the Holder Construction Company. Keith received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon. He has been responsible for managing and executing a $40 Million annual capital spending program for a fortune 50 company in the heavy industry sector for 15 years, held the position of VP of Operations for a manufacturing and distribution firm in addition to his work in Project Management. He holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. krs24@psu.edu TODD FEHD, Holder Construction Company Todd has nearly 20 years of experience providing Preconstruction and Construction Services with Holder Construction, focusing on Colleges and Universities. He has been actively involved in five (5) LEED Certified projects on University Campuses. Todd has provided leadership to project teams completing over $300 million of successful University construction projects, including: University of Maryland, University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, Salisbury University, Bowie State and Penn State University. tfehd@holder.com DREW YANTIS, Holder Construction Company Drew is Senior Vice President of Holder Construction Company. Holder is consistently ranked by ENR as one of the nation's leading contractors in Construction Management, General Construction, and Design Build. Drew brings over 25 years of experience, working on over 30 Campuses throughout the United States. Drew received a B.S. in Building Construction from Auburn University. He is LEED Accredited by the United States Green Building Council. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the Department of Building Science, College of Architecture, Design and Construction at Auburn University in 2007 and He is past president and current member of the Industry Advisory Council for the School of Building Science at Auburn University. Drew is also Chair of the Executive Board for the College of Architecture Design and Construction at Auburn University and a member of the Standards Committee for the American Council of Construction Education.
