NTT DATA NTT DATA, Japan s largest IT services provider, expanded their portfolio with its $3.1 billion acquisition of Dell Services, a Plano-based company.

4 NTT DATA NTT DATA, Japan s largest IT services provider, expanded their portfolio with its $3.1 billion acquisition of Dell Services, a Plano-based company. In an effort to consolidate, NTT DATA announced the company would expand its footprint to two new locations. In June 2017, the company signed a lease with One Legacy West, located on 7950 Legacy Drive, and occupies over 150,000 square feet. In September, NTT DATA signed an additional lease at The Campus at Legacy West and will occupy 232,000 square feet. Both locations will house over 3,700 employees. The Legacy West development reflects the world-class business climate and quality of life in Plano, and One Legacy West will be a showcase for our company, NTT DATA CEO John McCain said. We re excited about moving into this vibrant new environment and making it the headquarters for our North American business operations. Founded in 1967, NTT DATA, a subsidiary of NTT Group, serves as the technology arm of its parent company and employs over 100,000 employees globally with over $14 billion in revenues. The new division settled into a 20,000-square-foot office in the Legacy West development in June Boeing Global Services will focus on four key capability areas including supply chain, engineering, modifications and maintenance, digital aviation and analytics, and training and professional services. The global services unit, comprised of over 200 team members, will serve about 20,000 employees throughout the world. We are excited to establish the Global Services headquarters in Plano, CEO of Boeing Global Services Stan Deal said. We have a fixed focus on serving our customers worldwide, and this location assists in our mission of providing uncompromising service worldwide. Altice USA, a France-based subsidiary in the telecommunications, media and entertainment industry, expanded its office presence and moved into Granite Park. Altice occupies nearly 80,000 square feet in Granite Park V, located at 5830 Granite Parkway. With plans to employ 400, the new location will include a variety of positions including payroll, IT, management, software development and programming and data analysis. Altice USA provides video and broadband services to 4.9 million business and residential customers across 21 states. City of Plano Highlights SOLiD Gear BroadSoft Fogo de Chão Toyota Connected SOLiD Gear, a South Korea-based wireless network equipment solutions provider, relocated its North American headquarters

The tech company provides cellular connectivity solutions for high-density areas and recently completed work at Toyota s new Plano headquarters.

The company held their grand opening in August 2017. Fogo de Chão, a Brazilian steakhouse chain, will move its headquarters and 75 corporate employees to Plano s Legacy West development.

The company anticipates adding two to five employees per year, after opening its doors in early 2018. We are delighted to be moving into a new Americas headquarters in Plano, Texas, CEO Dr.

6 City of Plano Highlights SOLiD Gear BroadSoft Fogo de Chão Toyota Connected SOLiD Gear, a South Korea-based wireless network equipment solutions provider, relocated its North American headquarters from the Silicon Valley to a 45,000-square-foot facility at 800 Klein Road. The tech company provides cellular connectivity solutions for high-density areas and recently completed work at Toyota s new Plano headquarters. SOLiD Gear s facility, which will house 49 employees, will include a product research and development lab, engineering and dedicated training resources and facilities. The company held their grand opening in August Fogo de Chão, a Brazilian steakhouse chain, will move its headquarters and 75 corporate employees to Plano s Legacy West development. Currently under construction, the new office will be located on Windrose Avenue. The 22,000-square-foot office space will include a Fogo de Chão restaurant and a 3,000-square-foot test kitchen. We just completed our amenity package which includes a fitness center, tenant lounge and conference facility in the building. These amenities were instrumental in BroadSoft s decision to move to Platinum Park. Toyota Connected, a data science hub and product development company, was launched by Toyota in 2016 to expand the company s capabilities in data management and data services development. The company is expanding and expects to double their employment headcount to 200 and has occupied an additional 13,000 square feet to their existing 20,000-square-foot office located on 5905 Legacy Drive. The amount of interest and demand in leveraging our big data to create new products and services has been incredible, Toyota Connected CEO Zack Hicks said. Macquarie Infrastructure Corp. is thrilled to have selected Plano as the headquarters for MIC Global Services, Chief Financial Officer Liam Stewart said. MIC will leverage its successful Atlantic Aviation business in Plano, the region s strong workforce and Plano s central location, as we deliver the best possible services to our customers while improving competitiveness and efficiency. LiquidAgents Healthcare, a healthcare staffing company, relocated its headquarters to 5810 Tennyson Parkway in January Recognized as one of Inc. s 2017 Best Places to Work, the company has 85 employees and occupies 28,000 square feet. The new location provides employees walkable amenities in Legacy and an open-space floor plan. Legacy is just booming with energy. It continues to be one of the hottest markets in the Metroplex, Daryl Mullin, senior vice president at JLL said. Tokio Marine North America, an insurance company, consolidated its operations into a single office location in Legacy business park, located at 5340 Legacy Drive. The consolidation included the relocation of Maguire Insurance, Tokio Marine Management and Tokio Marine Claims. The company moved in September 2017 and occupies 29,000 square feet with a staff of 154. Pharmaceutical Strategies Group, a Plano-based pharmaceutical consulting firm, has moved to The Campus at Legacy into 23,000 square feet at 5360 Legacy Drive. The company has been in Plano since 2008 and due to its growing employee base, expanded its office space to accommodate its 150 employees. We felt this was a great environment with the talent here, CEO Dave Borden said. It s very business-centric and the talent understands technology. We have built up a great team that has a very good quality of life. 8 City of Plano Highlights Alkami Technology L3 Technologies Angel Cellular Angel Cellular, a high-tech company that refurbishes and resells mobile phones and devices, purchased a building at Shiloh Commerce Center, located at 620 Shiloh Road. The 127,600-square-foot building will house a consolidation of operations which includes Angel Hospitality, an affiliated hotel management company. The building is part of the original Flextronics International campus that was built in the early 2000s that is now being repurposed, Larry Robbins of Capstone Commercial said. Angel Cellular is the largest refurbisher and seller of cell phone products in the United States. The company moved into the new building at the end of 2017 and employs 85. ANGEL CELLULAR IS THE LARGEST REFURBISHER AND SELLER OF CELL PHONE PRODUCTS IN THE UNITED STATES. Alkami Technology, a financial software company, will add two floors to its existing office space in Granite Park. With a headcount of 275 employees, Alkami will lease an additional 55,000 square feet and will occupy 90,000 square feet at 5601 Granite Parkway. It is exciting to continue to express ourselves as one of the most innovative and collaborative work cultures through an increased investment in an expanded work environment, Alkami CEO Mike Hansen said. It is thrilling to seize the opportunity to do that in a location that we have called home for more than four years. L3 Technologies, an aerospace and defense technology firm, will call Plano home for its new regional headquarters office. Occupying 12,000 square feet of office space, L3 moved into Granite Park, located at 5800 Granite Parkway in December.
