Ensure each layer has a metadata record with all mandatory SDSFIE-M metadata elements populated. Ensure a certification letter is submitted by the deadline indicated in the CIP Collection Guidance.

If not, provide a justification (in certification letter) for layers that are not included. Ensure each layer has a metadata record with all mandatory SDSFIE-M metadata elements populated. Ensure a certification letter is submitted by the deadline indicated in the CIP Collection Guidance. For each layer, remove any duplicate features (features in the same layer with identical geometries). For each layer, remove excess features outside of the site boundary that are not associated with the site or Component providing the data. Ensure RPSUIDs are populated for each feature, where required. Ensure all values in the RPSUID field are valid values (e.g. no site codes, site names, etc.). If RPSUIDs are located in other fields, move to the RPSUID field. Ensure RPUIDs are populated for each feature, where required. Ensure all values in the RPUID field are valid values (e.g. no RPSUIDs, building numbers, etc.). If RPUIDs are located in other fields, move to the RPUID field. Check for invalid geometries (e.g. by using the Check Geometry geoprocessing tool in Esri ArcGIS). 258,100 duplicate features identified within Component submissions 12

Refer to spreadsheet containing RPAD site records (provided by DISDI). Buildings Only: Ensure all "demolished" buildings are clearly and uniformly identified in a common field, if provided. Ensure all building use types are stored in the same field (e.g. sdsfeaturedescription, sdsfeaturename, etc.) Ensure lengthy descriptive information is not included in the sdsfeaturename field. Ensure all addresses are in the same field and formatted uniformly, if provided. Additional Items For Sites If other layers (e.g. buildings) have features assigned to a particular site, ensure that there is at least a point for the site provided in the site data. Additional Items For Roads Ensure all road names are in the same field. Ensure all road prefixes are in the same field and formatted uniformly (e.g. "N" vs. "North") Ensure all road suffixes are in the same field and formatted uniformly (e.g. "DRIVE" vs. "Dr." vs. "Dr" vs. "DR"). 20 Requirements Current Metadata Style based on Desktop Metadata Toolkit with each major release of ArcGIS A great toolkit but we typically don t get it until the.1 release Desktop Metadata Toolkit releases in conjunction with major release would allow quick updates to our Metadata Style & synchronize network certification and accreditation ArcGIS Pro needs a similar toolkit for editing metadata profiles (like SDSFIE-M) with Pro, especially if the aim is to move to Pro Desktop and Pro toolkits should provide support for: ISO (XML encoding for ISO and ISO ) Fundamentals and Acquisition/Imagery (XML encoding for ISO 19157) Quality XML encoding for ISO Feature Cataloging AGOL/Portal should provide full metadata editing for profiles Note to ESRI: We need a path for metadata to exist Desktop, Pro, and AGOL/Portal editable and visible in all parts of the platform without a disconnect 20
