3 Introduction A little bit about myself Data & Systems Lead, APLNG Field Development Worked at Origin for 6 years, 5 years in CSG Production Previously worked in IT in the Finance Industry Completing an MBA Origin and APLNG Origin has two primary business units, Energy Markets and Integrated Gas 37.5% share in APLNG, Origin as the Upstream Operator APLNG Phase 1 Upstream Development is complete 1 st LNG cargo scheduled to depart within the next month 3

Production Optimisation information is utilised in multiple forums (production planning, operations, maintenance, regulatory/jv reporting and more) across the business to support sound decision making. 9 Project Scope Project Objective The project will deliver structured and governed processes, for the management of data performance, data quality and data stewardship of both operational and engineering production information. This will be achieved through the establishment of: PS&O Data Governance Model Business Processes to support the Management of Information Requests, Data Management, and Data Governance. 12 What is the Production Optimisation Data Governance Model? The Production Optimisation Data Governance model has been developed for the Production Optimisation division within LNG solely. The structure has been developed based on best practices using industry recognised Data Management principles and aims to enable appropriate stewardship and ownership of production optimisation data. 13 What is a stewardship area? A STEWARDSHIP AREA has been defined for each key Production Optimisation function which has a dedicated data set. It has been designed to align to current Production Optimisation data needs but is flexible and will accommodate future growth. The coordination of the network of data stewards will be the responsibility of the Coordinating Data Steward. 13

14 What is a local operational area? A LOCAL OPERATIONAL AREA has been defined for each logical sub-set of the stewardship area data set e.g. asset data for each individual asset. As the number or complexity of production systems grows the model is able to accommodate more data custodians or other governance roles. 15 Stewardship areas in more detail A large volume of data is required for production surveillance and optimisation activities so a number of stewardship areas have been defined. These stewardship areas will ensure that PS&O data needs and issues are appropriately categorised and managed. STEWARDSHIP AREA DESCRIPTION ASSET Responsible for all PS&O asset data may include Asset types, Asset Attributes (inc. Well Characteristics, Landowner), equipment and geospatial data. In addition, this group will be responsible for PS&O information required to manage an asset during the asset lifecycle, from specification to remediation. COMMERCIAL Responsible for PS&O Commercial data including owner/operator data to oversee the APLNG Upstream Portfolio. ENGINEERING Information required for the management of an asset during the asset lifecycle, from specification to remediation. More explicitly it is engineering deliverables, models, drawings, P&IDs, Material Data Records, Field Installation checklists, datasheets and reports developed during the lifecycle from design, construction, operations and maintenance of facilities. PRODUCTION Responsible for any PS&O data associated with gas/water production. May include well gas totals, gas plant export, well casing head pressure, alarms and Meter reads. SUB-SURFACE Responsible for any PS&O data associated from the wing valve back down hole. i.e. reservoir properties/pump details/drilling details etc. 15

16 Local operational areas in more detail Within each stewardship area there are a number of local operational areas. Each local operational area is represented by a Data Custodian. Local operational areas map to stewardship areas or key data sets within the stewardship area. LOCAL OPERATIONAL AREA ASSET COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION An Asset Data Custodian has been nominated for Condabri, Reedy Creek, Talinga & Orana, Spring Gully and Denison/Peet/Pilots (both existing assets and new assets). A Commercial Data Custodian has been nominated to oversee following key data sets -Production Variances and Supply Loss Codes. ENGINEERING PRODUCTION SUB-SURFACE An Engineering Data Custodian has been nominated for Condabri, Reedy Creek, Talinga & Orana, Spring Gully and Denison/Peet/Pilots. A Production Data Custodian has been nominated for Condabri, Reedy Creek, Talinga & Orana and Spring Gully. In addition, a Production Data Custodian has also been nominated for Control Data and for Water Reads. A Sub-Surface Data Custodian has been nominated for Drilling, Completions, Formation Evaluation, Formation Testing, Core and General Well Sub-Surface. 16
