Refer to the attached pages, which replace the former pages in their entirety: - Terms of (pages 9 & 5) - Proponent Response Table (Appendix A - pages 4 & 3) The Proponent shall note in the Proposal Form the number of addenda received during the Proposal period, to acknowledge that the contents form part of its Proposal.

2 Information Technology Services Department P5CE69 Terms of Enterprise Storage and Data Protection DS-08 The disk subsystems automated block-level tiering feature must utilize a small block sample/move size that is highly effective and efficient and ensures that the majority of inactive data is moved to the less expensive tier(s). DS-09 The disk subsystems automated block-level tiering feature must not interfere with active writes. The disk subsystems must always allow writes to the fastest speed tier. DS-00 Disk speed tiers within the disk subsystems must use only the following Disk Types and RAID Levels, SSD = RAID /6/0/50; 5K SAS = RAID /6/0/50; 7.K NL-SAS = RAID 6. RAID 5 is NOT acceptable for any tier (except as used in RAID 50). DS-0 The Davisville disk subsystem must include 6-8Gbs FC ports, 8 per path (unless the solution proposed for the SAN Fabric component proposes an acceptable alternative) DS-0 The Davisville disk subsystem must provide a usable aggregated SAN bandwidth of 64 Gbs DS-03 The required availability of the disk subsystems must to be % DS-04 The disk subsystems must allow for asynchronous and synchronous replication between the two new subsystems (one at each datacentre) DS-05 Each new disk subsystem must allow for the addition of 00 TB of usable capacity (not via deduplication or compression) without the need to add or change operating system, storage controllers, cache, storage ports, or other hardware or software resources other than disk and licensing. DS-06 The disk subsystem solution must allow for non-disruptive (a.k.a. zero-downtime) hardware and software upgrades; including the addition of new disk, replacement of storage controllers, replacement of storage ports/interfaces, upgrading of storage controller firmware, and upgrading the storage controller operating system. DS-07 All replication between the two new disk subsystems must be highly efficient whereby after the initial synchronization copy has been completed, only changed data or blocks are replicated. DS-08 The disk subsystem solution must include application consistent protection of data (a.k.a. Snapshots) within the disk subsystems, with Recovery Points no greater than 0 minutes, for the following applications; VMware, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and Oracle. DS-09 The disk subsystem solution must allow for the replication of application consistent Snapshots (for VMware, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and Oracle) to the alternate disk subsystem at the alternate site no less than every hour. DS-030 The disk subsystem solution must allow for the retention of all application consistent Snapshots (for VMware, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and Oracle) on the "live" disk subsystem for the following retention schedules; weekly for 8 weeks, daily for 30 days, hourly for days, all others for 4 hours ADDENDUM NO of 6 PM-04-0

The training must be performed by a certified training partner of the PT-00 product manufacturer The training must be either publicly offered administrative training, PT-003 or if customized, must be endorsed by the vendor as an acceptable level of training for product administrators Administrative product training needs to be either instructor led either at TTC offices, or within the GTA, or online based training. All Administrative level training must allow the TTC Storage and PT-004 Backup Administrators to be in a position to successfully execute routine day-to-day administrative tasks for all new products implemented and for all existing products that are reconfigured. The solution must allow for data replication of at least 50% capacity of the smaller disk subsystem (of the two). 3.3 DS 06 DS 07 DS 08 The disk subsystems must have the capability of utilizing multiple disk speed tiers within a common storage repository (a.k.a. shared pool or aggregate of disk) that participates collectively for offering LUNs/volumes. The disk subsystems must have at least two disk speed tiers within each pool. The disk subsystems must have the ability to perform automated block level tiering by determining the access patterns for data blocks and algorithmically moving the data blocks amongst the disk speed tiers to improve overall performance while minimizing the overall total cost of disk by utilizing less expensive disk for less active data blocks. The schedule for the automation of moving data blocks to a slower tier must be configurable by the storage administrator. Movement of data blocks to a faster tier must be based on demand. Integrated (SSO) access is preferred, but if not achievable, then a secure method of authentication is mandatory. DB 0 The Disk Based Backup System would be preferable to be able to utilize existing SAN attached disk subsystems, but only if the solution allows for the replication of all backed up data to the other datacentre.
