1 Welcome to Paymode-X Welcome to Paymode-X - the largest and fastest-growing electronic payment network. s a new member of the Paymode-X network, we want to provide you with some important information to help you maximize the value of your Paymode-X membership. This guide contains best practices and detailed responses to the questions most frequently asked by new members. We are here to assist you! 2 Vendor enefits s a Vendor in the Paymode-X network, your membership offers many benefits: Relationships: strengthens business relationships with customers and provides a single interface to multiple clients. Faster access to cash: electronic payments through Paymode-X means no more waiting for checks to arrive in the mail or waiting on bank deposit processing delays. Visibility: access to robust electronic remittance detail in multiple formats, in addition to reconciliation and payment history reports. utomated remittance delivery: digital remittance information can be sent via H (D,D+ or TX) or accessed via on-line downloads. Each time a payment is received through Paymode-X, an electronic notification is sent prior to fulfillment of the payment. ontrol: provides better predictability of cash flow through advance notification of payments. ost savings: eliminates check processing fees, overhead and delay of payment. Fits with existing systems and banking practices: Paymode-X requires no purchase of software, no modifications to your existing accounts receivable systems and no changes to your bank or bank accounts. Going green: paperless, electronic payments are more secure, save money and also help conserve the environment by eliminating printing and mailing paper checks.

4 How do I view payments received? t the home screen, click View next to Received on the Incoming Payment Tracker. lick on the Received tab. Navigation Tips: Note: lick on the bars in the ar Graph view or individual payments in List View to display payment detail. PDF or Excel export click to export data in selected date range to PDF or XLS file format alendar search function - select a date range for data viewing, i.e. Month to Date, Year to Date 4
5 How do I set up notification of remittance information? notifications are a great way to receive remittance details about your Paymode-X payments in a fast and simple manner. To access this benefit, please call Paymode-X Member Services. How do I check the status of a payment? Payment inquiries are facilitated by Paymode-X through the Request Payment Status feature: lick on Payments tab located on the Home Screen. lick on Request Status. ontinues on next page 5
6 Fill out Request Status required fields. Payer Name with the name of the Payer that was invoiced, select from drop-down list Invoice Number with the invoice number in question D Invoice Date (optional) with the date of the invoice in question Invoice mount (optional) with the amount of the invoice in question D 4 Note: If you do not have an address, or your is not properly configured to launch through your browser, this window will not open. In this case please reach out to your Payer through client contact information available to you. 4 lick Send . If you have a properly configured client, a New window will be opened, prepopulated with the information from the form, as seen below. 6
7 How can I share invoices with my Payers? One option is our Premium Invoice Delivery service, which can be enabled by our Vendor dvocate team. The Premium Invoice Delivery capabilities within Paymode-X help you securely manage the delivery, storage and presentation of your invoices. Intelligent analytics give visibility into undelivered and un-actioned invoices that can negatively affect your cash flow to help drive real-time decision making and follow-up. ll without the need for installed software or technical expertise. Please reach out to the Vendor dvocate team if you would like additional information. Forget your password? lick Forgot your password? on the log-in screen. You will be prompted to complete a multi-factor authentication challenge via phone or text, or you can answer password reset questions. The password reset questions are questions you selected when initially creating your Paymode-X membership. Please note, these questions are not case sensitive. If you have any questions about this process, please call Paymode-X Member Services. 7
8 How do I change my security and password reset questions? Once you have successfully logged into Paymode-X, you can access your profile by selecting the dmin tab where you can change your security and password reset questions. In the Users section at the bottom left, click on Edit Details, located on the same row as your name. elow your general information, select your questions, enter answers and click Save. 8
9 Note: Your ability to access this feature is based on your User Privilege settings. How do I update or change my bank account information? Hover over the dmin tab and select the second option labeled ank ccounts. Locate the bank account to be updated under ctions and select Edit Details. D Enter the new routing number lick pply Enter bank account number lick pply D Note: The new bank account will not be active until our ank Verification Team can verify the account and has provided confirmation to you. 4 lick Submit. ontinues on next page 9
10 5 Once you have updated your bank account, please upload a bank document, such as a voided check or bank statement, in order to assist with the authentication process. To do so, navigate back to the new bank account. 6 lick on Upload under Docs. 6 rowse to the bank document on your computer Select the Document Type and the ank ccount and click Upload Once the file uploads, you will see a green status bar next to the file and a File uploaded successfully message. lick Done to complete the action and navigate away from the page. 0
11 How do I add additional users to my account? Hover over the dmin tab and select Users. In the Users section, click on dd User. General information is required for the user. Note: Paymode-X strongly recommends setting up more than one user, as appropriate, to ensure membership and payment information is readily available to your company at all times. 4 On the next screen, varying levels of privileges can be assigned to users depending on the level of access they require.
12 How do I view a list of my Paymode-X Payers? lick on Payers from the Home Screen. From this screen, you have the option of viewing ll Payers. Payer cceptance - provides a list of additional trading agreements that can be accepted. ll Payers provides a searchable listing of all Payers that have paid your organization through Paymode-X. Document Manager provides the ability to upload critical documents, such as W-9 s and insurance documents, to share with your Payers through Paymode-X. If a new Payer contacts you to enroll in Paymode-X, please contact Paymode-X Member Services so we can initiate the process and ensure you receive payments through your existing Paymode-X membership.
